Thank you for sharing. You booked a triple room for 4 people and the room only has 1 double + 1 single bed. Was the double bed large enough to sleep 3 people ?

A number of reviews indicate the rooms are smelly and moulded, the staff reluctantly change the rooms but no improvement on the smell and moulds. Some decided to leave early but the staff refused to refund the fee paid. Are you sure these problems have been rectified?

From Airport take Train to Tanah Merah (2 stops) then transfer to the East West Train line going to Lavender station (11 stops)
Could you share your experience on this hotel as lots of reviews reflected some serious smell and mould problems, not sure if they have been rectified. Thanks.

Hi how long does it take to travel from changi airport to this hotel and to marina bay and universal studios? Its showing 5hrs in train? I hope its not true
Changi airport to hotel is 45 minutes only
To maria bay probably 20mins, universal 30-45 mins
