This is probably one of the best projects Ive ever seen happen in HR besides Atlantic Park.
Norfolk has the urbanist pedestrian-oriented development style down solid. I am so looking forward for more projects around HR involving large scale redevelopment.
VB has nothing close to this and I am disappointed.
