She would indeed cry in this... If she was the same Jill of Resident Evil 1. Because here she is completely transformed and determined to be a total badass brave woman.
More like see Carlos crying in dis room. Jill's too badass, she's a survivor. Although Barry did have to save her back at that mansion from becoming a Jill Sandwich, lol...
To me, this tune gives you a sense of safety, but severe loneliness and anxiety as you're alone in a large city trying to survive. Perfect for this game.
Jill enters the save room and immediately sighs in false relief for a moment as she closes her eyes. The moment is short lived as she realizes her heart is still racing. She knows Nemesis is out there. Watching. Waiting. Brad's words keep resonating in her head : " We're all gonna die, Jill. He's coming for us...you'll see. He's after STARS members; there's no escape!" She knows she must escape Raccoon City, and even more terrifying, eventually must confront Nemesis, the monster her nightmares are made of. She wants to stay in that save room for a few more moments but knows it is futile, and the only thing she can and must do is move forward. Is survive. Fear, hopelessness, and despair surround her, but she must not let it consume her. She must NEVER let it break her iron will. That's what this theme conveys to me.
I was like 6 yrs old when I played it. Holy fuck it was so long ago... can remember the fear of zombies, dogs and nemesis. I dunno what is more powerful: nostalgy or fear. 10/10 game
That alarming sense of vulnerability. The feeling of protection the safe room provided. The subtle anxiety that came with a clip approaching empty. The solemn music that never told you whether you would live or die. The choking atmosphere of uncertainty around the corner These are the things that made Resident Evil THE survival horror game for me
Remember playing RE3 with my friends (we were 10 years old) and being scared af, then I decided to play alone and I wasn't scared but frustrated with the puzzles. Once I finished the game I replayed it like 20 times. I love it
Love that scene. Very intense. Unsettling. It's a rush. Make you're desicion. Go down the shaft and get the green gem on the corpse, or "hide out" in the restaurant, which would basically start a fight with the big guy. I would go down into the shaft. Once I go into that save room, I'm at peace. At least for the time being. But what lies in the distance awaiting for me... Another favorite spots are in the beginning, inside the warehouse, also the alley ways as soon as you leave the their, the 3 way alley ways split, and fire escape by the corner store with the 2 green herbs. You know what, I have the game right now, I think I will pay a visit in my favorite spots...
I've done so. I've done just about every option. Even if I know what's gonna happen next, I still choose to run. Just to experience the thrill of the cat and mouse feel to it. But... Sometimes I do decide to go along and put on the gloves.

Because even though you are safe... for now at least, there is still an army of undead outside, a colossus who is trying to kill you and you are all alone against everything. Your chances to survive to the end are random at best and you beloved town (for Jill's point of view) is now Hell on earth, almost completely unreconizables and even worse, some undead are, perhaps, old friends and neighbourgs of yours, now turned into flesh eating freaks. For me that song is just there to help you remember that while you are in a safe place, it's actually just a simple remiss... A minuscule ray of light who is supposed to hide the horrible nightmare around you.

Ouvindo essa musica me vem aquele arrepio que sentia quando eu jogava RE3 nos meus 9 ou 10 anos de idade. Nostalgia pura! Um jogo que marcou minha infância.
I associate this music with anxiety and sadness, it is beautiful. From now on I will turn it on to help me in bad times.
THIS SOUNDTRACK ITS AWESOME!! THIS SOUNDTRACK MEANS THAT ALL THE PEOPLE LIVE THE HORROR OUTSIDE, AND FOR A MOMENT ARE SAFE THEY STOP TO THINK ABOUT THE FAMILY,FRIENDS AND PEOPLE THAT THEY LOSE
My first RE game I've ever played. Been hooked ever since.
Same here. And it is still my favorite to this day. I am cosplaying as Jill in February. :D so excited.
PhantomOfTheHummus That's going to be awesome cosplaying Jill. lol I remember literally exhaling after beating RE3. Really felt like a survivor after everything Jill goes through that game. All those puzzles and managing items. RE games need to go back to that.
Hopefully RE7 is good with some new blood.
BASEJOCK11
I dunno how I feel about the direction it is going, but hopefully it will surprise me by being better than I think!
We've had Resident Evil 2 Remake and i'd say it was a success!! Now this beauty is next..i hope
Yeah it will come for sure ! Give a try to the remake I just did ! Pretty sure you could enjoy it !
I used to play this on hard mode no saving for like twice or thrice a day because I'm very much addicted to it. 1 time I got to the part where there were hunters already, and boom, beheaded hahaha. So I played from the start again. haha I miss this game a lot.
When I return to my home after work, my mind plays this theme xD
This theme always reminds me of how serious a game resident evil 3 was.
The PS Store remake leak brought me here!!! SOOO EXCITED to see Queen Jill Valentine again
Tenía sólo 9 años cuando lo jugué por primera vez en 2005, Siempre será uno de mis juegos favoritos. 😢
This was my childhood. I was terrified of this game, but I loved it. Nothing will come close to what I experienced as a 10 year old child. I used to play behind my chair, but I loved it.
every time when i listen this song i cry
Yeah.. me too 😭
It’s so unsettling...
@@mcintosh0265 i know but....I can not say why most my life Im alone and i cry this dispair and this only one sound which let these sensations
