(وَتَرَى ٱلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةَ حَاۤفِّینَ مِنۡ حَوۡلِ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ یُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّهِمۡۚ وَقُضِیَ بَیۡنَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ وَقِیلَ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ)
[Surat Az-Zumar 75]
And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, exalting [ Allah ] with praise of their Lord. And it will be judged between them in truth, and it will be said, "[All] praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds."
And this is the second part
(وَرَ ٰوَدَتۡهُ ٱلَّتِی هُوَ فِی بَیۡتِهَا عَن نَّفۡسِهِۦ وَغَلَّقَتِ ٱلۡأَبۡوَ ٰبَ وَقَالَتۡ هَیۡتَ لَكَۚ قَالَ مَعَاذَ ٱللَّهِۖ إِنَّهُۥ رَبِّیۤ أَحۡسَنَ مَثۡوَایَۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَا یُفۡلِحُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ)
[Surat Yusuf 23]
And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him. She closed the doors and said, "Come, you." He said, "[I seek] the refuge of Allah . Indeed, he is my master, who has made good my residence. Indeed, wrongdoers will not succeed."

He is reading Quran of how Prophet Yusuf (Joseph) was tempted to commit adultry by a beautiful woman that had lustful intentions, but then he asked Allah(God all mighty) to protect him from this difficult test.... And to strengthen him with faith so he don't fall into sin..... There after the reciter Prays supplication to Allah (God) to thank him for sending us this Quran as a reminder, as a guide and as a mercy to mankind.... HE will test us by sometimes giving wealth,land,lives and sometimes taking these things.the test is how we behave
Did we behave as ALLAH told us when we were strong and did we behave as ALLAH told us to behave in difficult times?
According to our belife this world and life is a test.
Because ALLAH give us freedom to choose good or bad
Or select a path.
ALLAH give us intellect to see his signs and ignorance too.
At the same time we see
ALLAH made quarks,electrons,atoms,molicules,cells,organs,...earth,planets,stars,glaxies and every thing we don't know
But non of them have the power to dis obey HIS will.
ALLAH bound sun,moon etc by gravity non of them have the power to reach toward earth every thing is in its orbit.
Same HE bounded electrons in atoms they did not run away without any reason.

He was reciting verses of Quran where ministers wife tried to seduce Joseph and she shaid come to me which in arabic is hetalk this word can be read in 7 diffrent dialects as haitalak or heetalak.
He read this like, Full verse is that she closed the doors and said come(1 dialect) and said come(2 dialect) like this in ul7 dialects the Joseph said I fear God.
Like qalat haitalka wa qalat haitu laka wa qalat haitulaka etc

Him Who created thee. Fashioned thee in due proportion, and gave thee a just bias;

فِي أَيِّ صُورَةٍ مَا شَاءَ رَكَّبَكَ

They know (and understand) all that ye do.

As for the Righteous, they will be in bliss;

And the Wicked - they will be in the Fire,

Which they will enter on the Day of Judgment,

And they will not be able to keep away therefrom.

And what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is?
