Guys, Aleena's best friend didn't even go to the wedding (not sure why but presume she has her own obligations and this was explained on Aleena's podcast with her close friend 'Are we still friends?', who also didn't go to the wedding) , I know it's hard not to overanalyse the content of our favourite people, but we're all making it weirder than it has to be.

Cody's friendship circle were his former frat bros while Noel's was a lot closer to Spock the DJ and Cash the video editor. Cody and Noel met in 2016, and they discussed how, and reveal a lot about their past and personalities, in the TMG precursor, the Insanely Chill Weekend Edition, in its first episode that featured Noel.
Realising that Noel and Cody aren't as close as everyone assumed makes the show very different to watch

This is honestly one of the best episodes of the podcast that I think has been put out. Just listening to Noel’s story and his recollection of the wedding, watching him try to cope with those weird fucking things called “feelings” and having Cody essentially mirroring my reactions of laughter. God damn it was just such an enjoyable experience throughout. Congrats to the happy couple!
It’s cathartic, really. Wholesome shit.
Like I know it’s probably annoying that half the comments are about Cody not being invited or not attending Aleena and Noel’s wedding but it’s just sad to think of them not being close anymore. Especially given that this very much felt like a brand developed by besties…and that’s what keeps many of us tuning in. That is not to say they aren’t both creative and entertaining in their own right, because they definitely are. Nor is it appropriate to believe that relationships can’t evolve and especially given how large they’ve grown this brand it makes sense. But the comedic chemistry of TMG feels a little tainted if it’s true their relationship has turned into one of business partners as opposed to real life close friends.
It’s just a little sad
but this is the internet and Its weird to speculate so much into peoples personal lives so going to go touch grass now….

italian here, yes literally everything is done within the 11th hour. There's a culture in most of Southern Europe where people will not work until they feel like it which can be annoying to anyone trying to get stuff done though. A bakery by my house literally won't sell some pastries if they don't feel like making them lol

I feel like if you look at their body language and slight movements, they came across with a tinge of awkwardness, on both sides. I feel like Cody wanted to be invited, but wasn’t, and was made to feel like that was bc they’re but in reality was quite sad to not have gone.
