So many great scenes in this absolutely hilarious show, solidly in my top ten best TV comedies ever! One of my favorites is when the cabbies are talking in the garage and in walks Reverend Jim-
    Alex: Jim, where were you?
    Jim: I don't work weekends.
Alex: Jim, you were gone nine days!

He had been hanging out at the Comedy Store looking for a gig when he was told by one of his fellow comedians that a producer was looking for some people to audition for parts in a new show in development. He virtually was homeless, hadn't slept in days and was living in his clothes! He complained he didn't have a car and wouldn't be able to get to the producer's house in the hills. He got someone to loan him a car for the audition and nervous, tired, hungry and dirty he walked into the house and started talking and the producer thought he dressed for the part!
