How we decided to leave on a World Tour! (EP 1 - World Tour Expedition @nextmeridian.expedition)

Today’s is a big day ! We are Next Meridian and we are finally presenting you our project🥁 ! A 3-years world tour 🌍 🌎 🌏 across all continents with our Land Rover Defender 110 🚘 Albatross. More than a project it’s a dream and a need of adventure and wilderness.
Nicolas and I, have been looking at travel/wildlife documentaries as well as road trip adventure content pretty much since we met (shout out to our guru #davidattenborough🕷🦑🐪🐟). As a matter of fact our first non-intentional date was a mini road trip ... 🤔 ok ok it was a day ride to Gent, Belgium 🇧🇪. Not the most exotic - more 🍻 than 🥥 - but you get the idea. Naturally we got to look at more and more travel pages and started planning our own road trips. 2 days, 1 week or entire months, every single of our trip seem to be rather spontaneous, very low budget (sleeping in our car kinda thing) mix of must-see touristic landmarks and completely off-tracks discoveries.
And so just like that, we decided to embark on the mother of all road trip. So now that the news is out, we wanted to document this project from the preparation stages. In the next weeks and till April 2022 (🚀 date) we will share our planning steps on CZcams and Instagram so as to have a place where we can receive inputs and tips from the laaaarge travelling community ✈️.
