What a coinky dinky. I clicked on this video as a subscriber while eating fresh atlantic cod tacos. Never seen cod in a tin before and its enlightening. Gimme those oysters! I know it's April but Merry Christmas! That's still a nice sampler dish of seafood. For me, all you need is a beer to go along with that and you're good to go!
I believe there are a couple of reasons for the cod preparation. First off, coating the fish in crumbs and frying it gives the sauce something to cling to. Second, is a traditional recipe, and that's how it's done.
