He can't make things appear out of nowhere or move a hole on the ground like it was a rug.
Deadpool is another, but much weaker, example of this trope. He's comedic, his stuff is played for laughs. But he doesn't exhibit much Toonforce, if any. And he gets obliterated plenty of times in battle.
