This video can be a way for some of you to find out which triggers are your favorites. :) It felt strange not making eye contact with the camera for this video , but it was a lot of fun pretending to be in customer-service mode again. Also, I have a BIG surprise coming soon in my next video, which should be out late this week. Thanks again for being patient with me as I work on getting videos out as often as I can... someday there will be some structure!
