I have not watched the video yet, but I will answer from my experience. Wallah, I felt lost without Islam. I turned into the materialistic world and lost who truely i am. Now the happiness comes from the deep satisfaction of who I am and the peace of mind that comes from within. People say I radiate content, which I feel so deep.
I don’t know if you watched the whole video or not yet , watch the last three or four minutes it’s a recap of the whole video.

ولا يتحقق السلام العالمي إلا من خلال السلام الداخلي، بل أن السلام الداخلي مطلب شرعي أمر به الله ورسوله قال تعالى: {يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌ وَلَا بَنُونَ . إِلَّا مَنْ أَتَى اللَّهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ} [الشعراء:88-89]، وعندما سُئل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: "أي الناس أفضل؟ قال: كل مخموم القلب صدوق اللسان، قالوا: صدوق اللسان نعرفه، فما مخموم القلب؟ قال: هو التقي النقي لا إثم فيه ولا بغي ولا غل ولا حسد

Peace means much more than that. One can be free of war yet still suffer from anxiety or despair and lack peace. Here, it is referring to a complete sense of peace. Islam brings about a complete tranquility and peace of mind that is the result of realizing that one is believing and acting in accord with the guidance of one’s Creator. This internal peace can then spread to the family, the community, the society and the world as a whole. It is a special form of tranquility that can only be produced by the proper belief in God. Salam!
