- In today's vlog we head to NASA Kennedy Space Center Visitor's Complex to experience their Taste of Space food event. Thank you to KSC for inviting us out to try some of the new foods! We got to check out the kids Planet Play area, which Jackson loved. We tried 6 new food items and we just had an all around good time. We'll be back for sure, Jackson was so curious about everything which made us so excited because we love KSC so much! We hope you had fun too! Since I’m a librarian, I recently commented on your video about Jackson getting his library card because I was happy to see you promoting public libraries. What I didn’t mention, though, is that I’m a librarian who works for NASA. So, I’m super excited to see you giving love to NASA, too. KSC’s visitor center is fantastic and well worth a visit. They did an amazing job with their shuttle exhibit.

We were just there for a bit over the summer at the tail end of our big Disney trip. Our girls absolutely loved Planet Play- our 7 year old in particular went down that slide again and again and again. 😆
Hot tip , when you enter the park and can't decide if to go on bus tour or to Space Shuttle Atlantis go left to Atlantis first most people tend to keep walking straight to the bus tours first thing , I was all by myself first thing in the morning in the Atlantis building and spent all morning there its a must thing to do if you go to KSC ( that reveal is amazing those who seen it I am sure will agree) . Go to KSC next time your in Orlando worth the visit and cheaper entry than to a theme park .

I got to see my first rocket 🚀 launch earlier this month while in Orlando… soooooo cool! Next time we have to plan to see it from the Kennedy Space Center

What an incredibly fun day! The food looked delicious, and the kid's play area looked like so much fun. My four boys would have loved that when they were littles.😊
That rocket garden looked insane!! As someone from the uk I have never seen a rocket in person before but I love learning about space it’s so fascinating

Tim and Jen…we were there and it was so nice meeting Tim. I wish we could have met Jen and Jackson, too, but I didn’t want to interrupt your lunch. Tim you were super nice and so gracious to us! Hopefully our paths will cross again the next time we are in Orlando!

It looked like Jackson had a blast at he Kennedy Space Center.
Happy that you got to go to KSC as a family. I think the Artemis launch might be sooner now than the 14th. We got to see it on the pad, before the hurricane. We took advantage of a recent discount they had and went. It was our first visit there in over 11 years. It was awesome to go back and see the new stuff.
"It's literally Cheese Soup. How could you have a thin cheese soup?!" I just love when Jen and Tim give their food critiques and they are completely opposite of one another.
Yeah, beer cheese soup is usually thick. I stir in a bunch of croutons. So good.
The Kennedy Space Center is an amazing place. We are lucky enough to have visited twice from the UK 🪐

I think it's so awesome that you guys go and do all of this stuff and how Jackson gets to experience these things. First gatorland and now this. These videos are definitely bringing up childhood memories and I appreciate that. If your next ones are skate reflections and turkey lake Park you will have done everything I did in the summer of 93. You guys might think this odd but going to The space center is one of my bucket list desires…I’ve been a nasa nut since I was a kid. Even above hitting the theme parks in Florida. I’m thankful for your videos so I can see it in part! Thank you!
You should look into the Adult Space Camp either in Florida or Huntsville Alabama. It's not just for kids. If you have a family. They also have family space camp. We love the Huntsville Space and Rocket Center.

I like that this video shows how much one can realistically accomplish in 1 visit with kids to KSC. There is so much to look at and good tours with short operating hours. That was when we didnt have a toddler and infant. Definitely worth going more than once.
