Was 1st or 2nd string I think it has a higher chance of the dev upgrade just a assumption
I think the computer reads it by next up and coming on the team and then from what I seen most other players rookies or older then a sophomore is a lot more rare

I’ve gotten quite a few devs from training camp and weekly drills, but I’ve been doing every training camp and every sing drill every week and getting gold 100% with Anthony Richardson and no dev he still a star 3 years in lmao he’s a 87 now tho lol

You don’t have to do outmanned to get a dev trait. I got one with Purdy in regular skeleton and I came here to figure out how to trigger another one for somebody

Mine has glitched. I have reset my franchise a couple times (made mistakes on the coaching tree and couldn’t reset), breakout scenarios are on, still no dev trait increase.

BIG QUESTION if i can get some Help PLEASE. So Im in the Regular season I've gotten Nolan Smith and Jordan Davis as part of my Weekly Training (I'm around wk12 i think) and I am earning Gold for my Mini Games reward which was around " 750xp" BUT when i finish up my Weekly Strategy for the week and it shows ALL the players who achieved points as well as their Staminia (which is normal) BUT for the players who i chose to do weekly training with, it ONLY Shows that Davis and Smith Earned the normal 600pts from the Drills. Even when i go to their Profile and Progression History, It Shows Training for that week BUT it DOES NOT include the 750pts i achieved for my mini-game reward. It just provides the Normally 600pts or so i earned when i simulate the Weekly Strategy. Am i missing something? I tried to be a specific as possible to understand my Issue
I see what you’re saying. I think you still get the 750 Extra. Are you sure your XP bar isn’t going up ? I would create a side franchise to test a mini game and see if you see it going up.
i had the same question. We do get it even though it doesn't in the progression chart or the post practice chart. I prove it by looking the circular xp counter on the playres profile page before and after the minigame. after the minigame is done don't continue the practise. back out and take a look. you will see.

It honestly is just random lol i did a qb drill and only got to silver and kyler Murray went from star to superstar. Done plenty of wr drills and i always get gold usually a lot higher and I’ve never gotten an upgrade but plenty of ppl in my league has

U can get any dev lol… its all random ive been in the same lg since m21 some people have gotten 10 some have gotten 0 including myself… its all luck
I’ve gotten double and almost triple the gold and haven’t gotten a single dev upgrade yet

Yes it does. Was using the Steelers and used Najee doing one of the RB drills and he went from SS to XF.

@@yktfgotv5309 It'll show up underneath the XP you gained for doing the drill. Seems like it is extremely rare though. I've only had it happened once.
