I wasn't watching the stream when Jack found out, but watching the re-run is absolutely terrifying. What's even worse is there's history with her robbing places with a gun, and is shown to have irrational and erratic behaviour. This is so dangerous. And what Jack's been doing is so important for small creators and boosting their confidence to really protect their content. it baffles me that CZcams is protecting her.

i had no idea this woman has a crime history but i'm not surprised lol. it's disappointing yt pretends not to see the problem. they punish small channels for bullshit reasons but they don't do anything against big channels

Sniperwolf is genuinely scary - she's nearly taken away CZcamsr's livelihoods, she's committed armed robbery, she's doxxed, threatened and stalked. I was worried she would weasel out of it, but in typical toxic CZcamsr fashion, she decided to dig her grave when she should've kept quiet. Let's hope she's cancelled and deplatformed.
For some reason though, CZcams sadly probably won’t remove or demonetize her channel. CZcams loves her for some reason.

That is true, but just yesterday I went to her channel and saw a significant decline on her views. She used to get around 1-2 million views with each video over night the last time I consistently watched her, now she's barely getting over 1 million in a few days. At least it's great her audience isn't watching her as much🤷🏿♀️
Apparently her sister was with her and complained about Jacksfilms not knowing how to fight. There goes any defence of lacking ill intent.

the way she's been reacting just proved the parody account's point. She'll say her content's being stolen when the jjjackfilms channel is essentially doing the same exact thing she does. Instead of ignoring the criticism and enjoying the millions she's making, she lashes out and commits a crime.
The irony is, Jack’s videos are actually fair use (unlike hers) because he’s parodying her, which is protected fair use

I’ve run into this a lot. Sometimes I get into CZcams arguments and begin using a social technique called mirroring where I copy their tone, lexicon and emojis. I often get called Juvenile and pathetic. To which I respond with “I was mirroring the way you talk and come across as, so what does that say about you?”
That’s what happened here. Jack mirrored her and she called theft. What’s that say about her stuff?
@@belfrybbit's definitely still on the edge, but much more fair use than her stuff by a country mile. I like to think it's a tutorial for her, showing how to take shit "content" and turn it into both moment-to-moment (well-deserved) mockery of her so ridiculously robotic reactions that they make for a good bingo game (where a significant amount of tiles also happen to be related to guessing her next reaction), as well as into a platform that pools original creators together. I don't mean the credit part, that doesn't do shit for the negative effects of reaction stuff as a whole and it definitely doesn't offset freebooting, but it does have an advantage if Jack does it: both the show itself, as well as the linking in the description to the OCs, has drastically boosted the amount of people that even realize their stuff has been stolen, be it themselves, through friends / relatives or through viewers contacting them en masse, and since the streams also conveniently lead them to resources on how to file DMCAs, her videos have recently started shrinking below the 8 minute mark. As a response, she has even done the unimaginable and preemptively made the newer ones significantly over 8 minutes long, remember this is the same person that regularly either replays a tiktok or just straight up drops one in without reacting as filler for the holy 8 minute mid-roll ad elegibility
I watched her as a kid and I remember one day I just started feeling like she wasn’t a good person and I stopped watching her content. I can’t believe what she’s done over the years…wow

Seriously? Sniperwolf strikes small creators when all her videos steal from other creators????? I’m sorry and that happened to you. I thought her business model couldn’t get worse from all that I’ve already heard. I’ve been following Jacksfilms’ series on her, and he is definitely fighting the good fight for small creators and against CZcams’s hypocrisy on the content they support on their platform. She not only doxxed him and arrived at his house, but threatened for other people (her followers) to do the same. This is definitely cause for major concern as sniperwolf already has had violent criminal charges (this is in the public record). Sniperwolf definitely deserves (and has definite grounds to receive) consequences from both internet platforms and legal action. Whether or not it makes her understand her actions or not, I would like her to no longer be a part of our online society.
Also just an FYI for markie and everyone else considering making a video, jacksfilms has asked for others to not share the clips of the livestream where their reactions to sniperwolf’s doxxing in real time
She's done all that AND there's old videos of hers where she complains about fans stalking her and going to HER house. So it's only not ok when someone does it to her, but if she does it, only THEN is it totally cool to show up unannounced. I swear, her audacity would almost be impressive if it wasn't SO hypocritical.

CZcams discredited itself long time ago. The sensible thing to do is to go after sponsors and advertisers: made them aware that they are associating their products/services with a content-thieving-psycho-stalker and/or threaten to boycott them. Unfortunately, it's hard to compile a list of these companies without watching her videos, and I'd rather drink bleach than do that 🤮

Jack doesn’t talk about the way she looks, doesn’t talk about her personally, literally just criticizes her “react” content. He doesn’t even bring up the fact that it’s been shown in court documents her husband did her gameplay (she won gamer of the year at the kids choice awards) and he found all her content has written her scripts etc. He doesn’t talk about anything but her content. Doesn’t talk about how she treats kids dying with cancer or anything
He’s basically a parody channel drawing attention to the harm she is causing small (TINY!) creators, and in many cases now providing them with a format to stop her profiting from their work.
He’s historically gone after this kind of “creator” and the vast majority have been Male so her attempt to play the “girl victim card” sickens me as a female as she quite obviously doesn’t care who she harms.
She’s traded on her looks for her entire career that has been handed to her and handled by her Ex-husband and has the interllect of a 10yr old for her pathetic personal attacks to valid quality and ethical criticism and critiques of her “work”.
One thing that's being ignored or looked over in my opinion is that she's not mad at Jack for critiquing her content and calling her lazy. What she's mad about is that Jack is fighting for the people. Because of Jack, she's had to take 20+ videos out of her content! Not to mention I would imagine people are still constantly filing take down notices. The biggest thing out of this that is getting to her is that it's costing her tens of thousands of dollars in loss of ad revenue AND having to pay her editors to go take the videos out of her content. Again it's not being upset about someone not liking your content it's being upset that she's losing money on a daily basis because of Jack. Which is makes it even more stupid.
I'm honestly surprised she hasn't faced a harsher penalty for IP theft. CZcams copyrights all videos uploaded to their site. TikTok has a similar policy. So when she uses other creators content and cuts their names out, she's violating copyright law, which has huge repercussions
@@Mike-8404the issue is, as always, money. Does a tiktok creator have intent to sue? No, because they don't have nearly enough money for the ruinously expensive hellhole that is copyright court. Also, technically everything pertaining to reuse except the really obvious things would require courts, because legally speaking, "fair use" and its equivalents are de-facto an affirmative defense, meaning they're not a valid use case, but instead something you can eventually raise in court to your advantage. This means you have to already invest the money for discovery and all that fun stuff, which means that unless both sides have loads of money and willingness to blow it on lawyers, there won't really be a "fair" decision made

She has a record in my home state for armed robbery. I'm certainly glad Erin did not go outside like she wanted to, even if a part of me would've loved to see her slap that witch around. With her record, bet money she probably had a firearm somewhere on her person. I just wouldn't put it past her considering the language of her post. If you wanted to "talk" like adults, there are a multitude of avenues to do so with social media. And the fact that she made FUN of the situation later...it's infuriating.
My personal conspiracy is that she turned up at that time specifically because he was streaming so she could see his (and his wife’s) reactions.
I really wish Jack had called the police from the outset, as soon as he saw she was outside, doxxing is a crime in California, where they apparently are. People who saw the stream have said that she had even ordered icecream to his house to try and lure them out. If that is true, she really is dangerously unhinged. It' bad enough to turn up there but it was at night too, that's extra creepy. I can't help but wonder if she was drunk or high or something, because how would you ever think that was a good idea?!
I don't believe her innocent act (unless she really is stupid) she absolutely knows what doxing is and how to do it. The thing is, what Jack has been doing has been working in a way: small creators have been submitting claims, but YT have been turning them away... however, interestingly, even though the claims get rejected the clips get snipped from SSSnipperwolf's vids...which makes me think she clearly has friends at YT giving her a heads up to avoid her getting a copyright strike. Jack isn't really damaging her income yet, but I suspect she can see a time when it might start to make an impact if she ends up with vids dropping below 8 mins after snipping clips out, etc.
It isn't even like Jack is asking for much, he just wants creators to be credited (or asked permission first), that she stops using content from minor's, and that she make her videos actually transformative. The irony being that Jack's own parody videos of reacting to her reacting is more transformative than hers. People who watch the bingo lives have said he was even getting to the point where he was bored/done with it, he was going to move on. Idk if he will now or if he will double down.
Sadly, I also agree that YT will be unlikely to do anything about her, she just brings them in too much money. It became clear a while ago that the rules don't apply to those with over abt 10mill subs.

if anyone would like to know more abt this kind of behavior, i’m a neuroscience major and my main focus is personality disorders! i’ve noticed a lot of people use these terms when someone is acting a fool. narcissists and sociopaths aren’t inherently bad people. they don’t act the way they do because they like to cause harm or because they don’t care, it’s just how their brain is wired. you’ve probably heard how difficult it is to treat personality disorders and that’s because it’s not a chemical imbalance, it’s a difference in brain formation.
we don’t use those terms anymore in clinical or research psychology because they just aren’t accurate to the disorders. technically sociopaths and psychopaths are both due to ASPD, but in reality most people don’t fall into one of those categories. humans are so complex that it just became impossible to use those simple labels the more we learned about personality disorders.
it’s best for people to separate narcissist and sociopath from NPD and ASPD. because it makes life even harder for people with those disorders, when their life is already hard enough. everyone displays symptoms differently, and the concept of narcissist and sociopath rarely ever align with reality.
i think sssniperwolf is just a shitty person. it’s hard to believe that people can be this way without having a serious mental disorder but it’s true and sadly it’s way more common. people with NPD don’t actually believe they’re better than everyone else, it’s just a coping mechanism for their low self esteem and fear of rejection. and to be honest sssniperwolf just genuinely seems dumb… like i don’t think she puts a lot of thought into her actions.
Honestly at first when I realized how many videos he had made on her. I was like, "wow, that's a lot a lot! A little weird." But after she doxxed him. I started watching his videos and realize that it is hilarious and not weird at all. He made an entire bingo game Surrounding all of the predictable things she does in her videos. Its really funny. On top of that, he also credits all of the people that she failed to credit And he has been building a community For the victims Who have had their content stolen by her to Stand up for themselves. Hes encouraged a lot of people to report their videos that have been stolen, and it has actually worked a lot. She has deleted a ton of clips that have been copyright claimed. His overall criticism in all of his videos Is the fact that she does not credit Any of the videos that she takes and steals jokes

The worst bit of the "I just wanted to talk" lie inst that she couldve sent a dm. Its that he was streaming, meaning we know she made *no* attempt to even *knock ir ring the bell to check if anyone was home* before fliming his house. She is so blatantly lying about wanting to talk because if she did then jack wouldnt have been able to watch the dox on stream. He *wouldnt have been doxxed* if she "just wanted to talk" because if she truly wanted that jack or his wife/family wouldve answered the door (and most likely tell her to fuck off).

I really hate this recent attitude that you cannot be critiqued or criticized as a CZcamsr or tiktok influencer. I dont know where people have gotten this idea that people can't give criticism and talk about issues with your content. Same goes with parody. The same reason someone can "react" to a channel is the same thing covered under parody when we're talking about creation of content. So the idea that this crazy woman feels like she's being treated unfairly and harassed by someone pointing out the shitty way she farms out content and makes money is wild to me. She's a public figure and profits heavily by using other content and "adding to it". Someone making videos either in parody or in commentary on her business and the methods of that business isn't a personal attack. Jack, from what I've seen anyway, was always fairly professional about his critique. Seeing people flip out and call him a man baby and all sorts of other wild nonsense over someone not wanting a crazy person who feels some kind of way to show up to their house is nuts. Another dude said it was a way to make content. Like this is brain worms at this point. There's the job and then there's someone's personal life. You don't just....do this. And intimidating and threatening someone with harm to make them stop criticizing your business is....well that's some scary behavior. Its the same way you should be able to call out predators and such for shitty behavior. I feel like it’s really important to say that jackfilms is doing what he’s doing not just because he personally doesn’t like her content, but because it is so lazy that it’s non transformative. The videos she freeboots don’t fall underneath fair use BECAUSE they’re non transformative. He has wanted CZcams to take action to all freebooting reaction channels who do the same.

This situation is so disgusting and creepy, I’m glad you’re talking about it. With the armed robbery charge she and her dude have, I’d be terrified if it was me. Scary things can happen with these huge audiences, like Roman Atwood for example, he and his family had to move homes because they’d shown it in vlogs but someone literally started hacking their home, the feds got involved and they had to move and stop posting for the safety of their family. So much scary stuff can happen, swatting, stalkers, and I imagine someone like Lia has obsessive fans in the same way celebs do, who knows what they’d be willing to do for her? You never know, like what she did was so careless, reckless, and dangerous. Screw her, what a disgusting person!
I don’t watch her content intentionally but sometimes my husband puts on a video or two of hers and I’m always amazed by the laziness of her content, so it doesn’t surprise me she might not even be reacting to the videos sometimes. I’m no law expert but I’ve heard the saying,”ignorance to the law is not a valid excuse for breaking the law” so just because she is unaware as to the legal definition doxing, doesn’t mean she didn’t perform the action. The biggest issue I see here is how people are so concerned with criticism, if you base your self worth on what other people think of you, you will live your life constantly conforming to your perceptions of what others think of you, instead of using your own common sense. Key takeaway: do you sis, and don’t be bothered when someone calls you out on that, you are not going to impress everyone. Your formula seemed to have been working to achieve one thing, yet perhaps that one thing was not the goal, not enough for you?

The only people who are allowed to come to my home uninvited are my parents/grandparents. Not only is it totally dangerous for her to post his home, it is annoying for her to assume that this is an okay time to come to his home. Has she heard of a Starbucks??? I’m sure he would have been okay with meeting in a public place, but at night at his home??? I know it’s been said, but it’s sexist IMO that CZcams hasn’t done anything about this situation. If it was vice versa, Jack wouldn’t have a platform.
There are definitely ways to make reaction videos transformative and actually entertaining. I can think of at least 2 that pause after most clips and every video reacted to has funny commentary... to the point that the kids who usually like the usual "reaction" videos get mad that they are talking too much and pausing all the time.

It does make it very much scarier that she does have such a huge platform.

The odds of it happening goes up significantly.
CZcams lets their big creators get away with a lot. It sets a horrible example, when CZcams does it even think it's important enough to address it.
We all assumed that CZcams doesn't say anything because they are making money off of the massive creators. Then they need to find a solution to where they do not lose their massive creators but at least give them a slap-on-the-wrist, for a warning and address it. To let everyone know this is not tolerated. Because unfortunately we do have huge creators that let's just say lack morals and ethics. If they think that their wallets are not going to be affected, then they will feel that they can do this to. To bully any Creator they may not like.
Because that is what is , it is bullying, they're using their followers, to scare other creators. If anything horrible happens they can wash their hands of it and say I didn't tell them to do that.
Instead of thinking about how damned lucky she is, she spends her time & energy into doing this crap.
She has such a mess of following that she's not going away anytime soon but if she continues to put out poor quality content & then acts poorly when someone criticizes her, then slowly you never know one day, she's finding herself getting paid less and less each month.
