Assuming you don't count the non Canon movie strong world and the non Canon moment in the anime where he just straight up knocked people out with kings haki. So this attack was the strongest zoro has ever done and I don't think he has shown the ability to use that except for under the most strenuous of circumstances. So while what you are saying may be possible I don't think it is, not yet at least. Still it is an interesting idea im going to have to think about it more

Black blade is just using haki. Mihawks blade is just colored black. He only ment that if you don't want to nick your blade ever you train to make your armament haki to its best.

Luffy will run full head of steam into the wrong situation, and Zoro will run full head of steam in the wrong direction. Zoro is in the WG with Luffy. The strongest crews have two equal in power fighters that could be the captain. One just chooses to follow the other. What people forget, is that Zoro hit Kaido while having almost every single bone in his body shattered. He was probably at 10% strength and hp when hitting that attack. A full strength attack from Zoro probably would have knocked Kaido down.

Black blade is just using haki. Mihawks blade is just colored black. He only ment that if you don't want to nick your blade ever you train to make your armament haki to its best.

Luffy’s haki blooms in the midst of a tough battle like rayleigh said where haki blooms. Luffy took a lot of beating and learning through those experiences. Zoro did too in pre ts but post ts zoro barely do shit to improve his haki. In wano, he was given enma and though he trained to control it somehow, it was still unlike luffy who had to endure so much to get where he is rn.

“Zoro being close to luffy post ts” that’s headcanon. Zoro only fought pica and monet, they’re not even top tier characters, they are an underling of a yonko commander level character. Pre wano zoro never fought opponents like doffy and katakuri, and had his haki bloom in the middle of the fight. It only happened once in rooftop and against king. The point here is that, despite Zoro unlocking haki before luffy’s, zoro never actually became better than luffy with it. Luffy unlocked his coc pre ts through accidents and not until wano were he able to figure out coc coating and even ryou. While you got zoro here who accidentally unlocked coc against kaido and immediately after that he was able to coat. Now let’s talk about plot armor and conveniences lmao. Oh let’s not forget the fact that zoro broke 30 bones amd somehow was still able to fight for s bit and scar kaido, despite being a normal human with no powers and dont forget the nothing happened scene in thriller bark where zoro lost a lot of blood and still survived, yes not much plot armor right?
