Trying to go for a dark tribe play though and have my overlords and war chiefs being all dark. Came across 5 so far in about 50 hours

So the devs for this game, Monolith, just hired a writer for a Wonder Woman game. Don't know what the plot will be orwhen 8ts being released, but I'm hoping we get the same exciting game play and epic fight scenes.

Devs: K we now have the entire plot twist with Tallion turning into a Wraith and his powers turning green/blaskish.
Should we also add a green/black paint hue for all the orks the player gathers from that point onward while adding a 3de faction for the player to fight against as the Bright Lord's forces?

Man I can't stop playing for long. Already finished the game and still continue to play. Might take a little break to continue other games but I always look forward to getting back for more SoW.
I make intervals of playing Skyrim and Shadow of War.
I've beaten these two several times, take a break and then returning to them eventually. Masterpieces.

I wish it still showed if they were necromancer so I can stop getting hype when I find orcs with just curse weapons and the eyes (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`)
If it doesn’t show it’s because they don’t have the trait, shame and re level until they do. Some orcs may never get it tho
If they have a cursed skin they can turn into a necromancer
That necromancer was part of the quest line.

You know I had this orc called noruk quick blades and he was a beast anybody he faced he killed in a few hits I made him my bodyguard after that then after I was humiliated by an orc he betrayed me and killed me after I tried to get him back and got promoted to over lord during a seige and got a new name noruk the betrayer
@@Flannel-Channel8837 the same thing happened to me just yesterday i had this feral berserker that could kill 3 lvl 85 captains in 30 seconds and i got humiliated and he betrayed me and changed his tital from dúsh the rat to dúsh the trator and i shamed him to get him back and accidentally killed him with fire then he came back as flame of war and then i got him back and he is just as good
@@dominickoquinn1165 I had this orc poisoned his name was mogg he ended coming back as mogg the blight he looked cool as fuck and killed one of my best generals that I wasn't attached to I recruited him and he was one of best fighters I had

Probably an unpopular opinion;
I genuinely believe that if Cheat Engine is used on orcs, only 2 things should be allowed without it being considered actual cheating
1: Making unique cosmetic designs for captains
2: Giving all Mystic captains the Necromancer trait and doing literally nothing else to edit their traits
Imo, giving all Mystics necromancy should absolutely be allowed purely for the fact that it is literally stated in the actual in-game lore that the Mystic tribe is the most magically inclined tribe in Mordor.
Sure, the Uruk captains all have the Morgul blade that lets them teleport, but the Ologs have nothing going for them there. It genuinely infuriates me when I rarely come across a necromancer captain and he's *NOT* part of the Mystic tribe.
Warmongers, I can understand, they'd do well with an undying army for their warfare based culture, but wtf would necromancy do for a Beastmaster or an Outlaw captain?
Bruh I Just Recently Got Into This Game. Attacked My First Fortress And Damn Was It Cool As Hell. Had One Of My Ologs That U Can Capture From The Quests Infiltrate. And When He Came Out And Was Like "Those Idiots Didn't Suspect A Thing!! Stupid Orc's Let's Kill Em Together Bright Lord!" Made Me Tear Up A Bit Sheesh What An Awesome Game And I'm Not Even That Far In It Let's Goooooo
Betrayals
My advice but no guarantees to avoid betrayals. This is MY EXPERIENCE. There are a few that guarantees betrayal though. The ones I marked with “Take it seriously” are high chances of betrayal.
1) Don’t level any Orcs to your same level. Keep them 2 levels down. 1 is fine but just for reassurance 2 is best. - Take it seriously!
2) Don’t kill their blood brother. Either recruit (whether useless or not) or shame. If useless, send them to any fighting pit to die.
Killed Blood Brother by player(You) - Guaranteed Betrayal
3) Don’t attack/hit them several/many times when they’re your ally. - Guaranteed Betrayal
4) Give some orders to them to do stuff. Not everyone but just a few or some Captains are enough.
5) Don’t die. At least, not too many times. You may respawn many times over but they’ll see that as weakness. A weak leader. Orks/Orcs follow strength. - Betrayal chances increases depending how many times you died - Take it seriously!
6) Don’t let your fellow Captains “Bled Out”. Revive them as much as possible. - Take it seriously!
7) Try not to let too many of your Captains die. Heavy casualties shows poor leadership & that you don’t care about them. - Take it seriously!
8) Avoid running away from Captains when fighting. At least, a few or some but don’t do it too many times. They think it’s cowardice rather than it being a tactical retreat. In other words, don’t try to leave the battlefield at least.
For example, you can be near the outpost/fortress but don’t go too far after you’ve encountered them.
Don't also leave your Captains to die which I mean leaving them on their own fighting even just grunts. You tell them to stay & fight but you run off elsewhere because they can handle it but to them they may see it differently as you abandon them. I suggest you help kill any nearby grunts that are still attacking before leaving to do something else.
9) Honor your death threats. Avoiding to kill a Captain that you have a death threat to will be seen as dishonor. Another cowardice act. Meaning don’t wait for too long to kill him. - Take it seriously!
10) Shame to help reduce betrayals. Keeps your followers in line & loyal to you. Avoid doing it too much. Do it from time to time.
11) Careful not to keep changing the Overlord. Demoting them isn’t ideal especially those who may have served longer & loyal. Same with Warchiefs - Take it seriously!
12) Avoid using the same Captain many times. I understand he may be your most powerful/favorite one but he may really hate a lot of work you’re giving him to do. Including your bodyguard. - Take it seriously!
13) Avoid placing any Outlaw Tribes as Overlord. Their influence on your Captains increases disloyalty to you meaning more betrayals. I mean they’re “Outlaw” for a reason. The best tribe that reduces betrayal is the Warmonger Tribe as Overlord. - Take it seriously!
Overlord:
Outlaw - Increases Betrayal Chances from all Captains & Warchiefs.
Warmonger - Decreases Betrayal Chances from all Captains & Warchiefs.

Even after playing Shadow of War for all this time, I don’t think I’ve ever done a siege where I didn’t kill all the warchiefs prior and install 2 traitors as the overlords bodyguards, I’ve done some online sieges but it’s always just the ones that lead straight to the overlord fight instead of a proper one

Love the game, beaten it 3 times now. On my last playthrough toward the end of the game it just became unfun. I was playing on brutal and I was going down on almost any hit and alot of captains had "no chance" so I would lose alot of fortress defenses.

He probably got 2 pieces of the vendetta set, if you have just 2 pieces included you can do abilities that require the power bar to be full at cost of like 25% of your life

Im sorry but there is a very small chance that character didnt get randomized but moded by just making a name for the orc with different voice and a generated orc of zog. This is used alot with people who cannot get zog or a zog look-a-like. Thats the beauty of PC, you can literally get whatever you want. I even messaged Shadow of war and they tell me no such orc exists as a Zog Orc unless moded.

Just let uruk grunts kill you over and over eventually you'll get necromancer. That's what I did to get my necromancer
