Those guys sitting behind as audience were a real buzzkill. Rather than cheering for everyone and being sporty about it they made it like it's a real war going on. Btw Andry's form and hold was a lot better and clean than both of them.

2. Then the person choose his own favorite move.
3. So everybody will get a crazy pump because there is always a combination that someone not Train usually.

After a long time I saw kirtath Chauhan on CZcams again. It's been 6 years since I saw his videos. Motivated me to combined bodybuilding with Calisthenics. The only Indian Calisthenics athlete I respect. I remembered he was inspired by Adam Raw. Good old days.

I was feeling pain while watching this our both champions gave really tough competition but being honest Andry was doing with such ease
I used to planche like this 20 ago years but it would be only one position at a time. It requires stamina, strength and determination to do several positions in one ago holding 3 seconds in every position. Hats off to determination of the Indian boys. Andry is Andry, a champion at this, hopefully he can share his knowledge to help those who want to get there 😊
