If you found dancing fun, you should stick to it. No stress yourself about perfection, dancing is all about having fun. Technicality is important but most importantly let loose and enjoy your shit. I’d say you should continue to dance, if you want. You have potential
Totally agree! Dance with yoga are two of my top favs in the excercise world. I can do both in my living room,, privately…..with my fave music 🎶! Dance is like makeup. No right form.unless you’re a competitor. You enjoy it, you can keep enjoying the vibe!😊😊😊😊😊

Hey girl u are so adorable. I al lactose and gluten free. I sometimes go for chocolate then I suffer w bloating and gas. I avoid is now. I have GERd and chocolate is high in oxalates so it will cause stomach issues. Avoid it if u can. Do vegan chocolate. Love the content.

Are you fr real now? Nicolette isn’t pregnant and if she was, she wouldn’t have had any alcoholic drinks while she was in Paris. Please don’t tell her that she’s pregnant especially when she hasn’t even said that she is. Omg maybe if you allowed yourself to eat you wouldn't be starving when you starve yourself it gives you tummy issues and makes it smaller which at your size isn't healthy to starve yourself with all your workouts and remember your Lil sister can do this differently like you did but now your getting old eat the cake with your mom and be happy you can afford to eat like that.
