New Construction Inspection: No Visible Drip Leg, TPRV Drain Line Improperly Installed

In this video the inspector highlights some fairly common defects found with a tankless water heater.
Typically gas supply lines will have a drip leg installed prior to entering the mechanical equipment.
The inspector also points out a temperature pressure relief valve drain line that is sharing a drain with a condensate drain line. These drain lines should be separate.
