In 2017 we got 10x the growth with our customers, my CZcams channel train effective went to 40k.. our team went from 3->10 but with that came mis-alignment on a few objectives. So I sat down, thought out what we're going to do and its clear.. we need a north star our team is all aligned on. Our company's north star is going to be 10,000 DAU's (daily active users) in 2018. Doing everything to achieve that and having watched you for many years Ryan, I hope to replicate the same success you have in but in the sports space. Currently binge watching all of your vlogs to make up for no Sell It Like Serhant tonight. My biggest goal for 2018 is to build a sturdy foundation for the business I'm building. By the end of this year I want to have ironed out the logistics to reduce the inevitable bumps that are sure to come with the launch. To get there, I am focusing on being very intentional with my time, reducing the time wasted on things that won't get me closer to achieving my goal.

My goal this year is to expand the brand awareness around my company to such a degree that inbound leads come to my company instead of my team having to constantly call leads. When I can accomplish this it gives me the freedom to do what I love to do. Instead of doing 60 deals a year at price ranges all across the board, I can funnel lower priced leads to my agents, focus on a dozen or two luxury transactions and do the two things in my career I love to do the most: marketing and coaching agents. I signed up for and begin Real Estate classes on March 3rd. Professionally, I would love to figure out the specifics of my passion and see where it can take me. Ryan, you are seriously one of the main inspirations for me finally getting my real estate license in Wisconsin last year! I ended up helping 24 families find homes while still working my full time job. So, my goal for 2018 is to finally quit my other full time job, dive 110% into real estate and to help at least double that amount of families for this year! Last year I made the goal to get off of opiates (prescribed) for pain associated with an autoimmune disease and osteoarthritis. I am now completely off of opiates (and going through HELL) but it is so worth it. This alone is my greatest achievement and I couldn't be happier, even in pain. I am on day 7 and have spent the last 7 days just focused on getting better and healthier. You are helping me get my head and thoughts right while I am resetting my physical being, so thank you!

My goal for 2018 is to truly understand how to connect with more people. I prospect new homeowners everyday, offering security solutions. Often I haven’t made the rapport needed fast enough. Which in the long run leaves the home owner unprotected. I want to focus more on their personal needs. To understand what they are truly looking for. Find creative ways to connect with them faster. I'm a little late to the vlog subscription, so glad I found it though. My goal for 2018 was to find my true north. In doing so it would continue my journey into areas I've never dreamt of doing. In April I became a health lifestyle coach. I never knew the idea of being on the sidelines cheering my clients on would be so rewarding. My goal this year is to expand the brand awareness around my company to such a degree that inbound leads come to my company instead of my team having to constantly call leads. When I can accomplish this it gives me the freedom to do what I love to do. Instead of doing 60 deals a year at price ranges all across the board, I can funnel lower priced leads to my agents, focus on a dozen or two luxury transactions and do the two things in my career I love to do the most: marketing and coaching agents. My goals for early 2019 will be to achieve my brokers licence, then immediately start grind into this new chapter. Ryan, love the vlog man. 2018 is a big year for me. I've always had a passion for Real Estate on some level, not entirely sure how far that can take me but I'm tired of sitting back and wondering. I signed up for and begin Real Estate classes on March 3rd. Professionally, I would love to figure out the specifics of my passion and see where it can take me. Personally, I want to continue to be a role model for my kids and my family. I spent the last year losing weight and getting in the best shape of my life and I want to continue that journey as well (be able to take my shirt off with confidence 😉 ). I am now on my first year as a licensed agent in the Orange County Ca area. My goal is to manage rental properties or assist property owners who don’t have the time in their schedule to do the everyday task of managing the properties.

My goal is to launch my baking business here in NYC. One that is different in that I’m focused on low sugar and sugar alternative recipes. Diabetes is rampant yet no one is offering delicious options for anyone who wants something different. I’ve started renting commercial kitchen time in Brooklyn to work out recipes and am looking into farmers market space for spring. 2018 is on!!!

I’m so happy you decided to do this! My goal for 2018 is to launch phase 1 of my “company” to help real estate agents in Houston TX (and surrounding) (and myself) step into the light of the internet to build their brand in an honest, evergreen way. Whether through video, blog, vlog, etc. and tell their story...and of course make enough money to do it full time. Thanks for asking...keep going with this vlog.
My goal for 2018 is to eventually buckle down and buy a house for my growing family. I know there market is a little different in Tampa, Florida than it is in NYC but the research is all the same. Ryan, you are seriously one of the main inspirations for me finally getting my real estate license in Wisconsin last year! I ended up helping 24 families find homes while still working my full time job. So, my goal for 2018 is to finally quit my other full time job, dive 110% into real estate and to help at least double that amount of families for this year! Love the vlogs, and I can only hope to meet you next time you're in Wisconsin again man!
My goal is to buy an mercedes e class amg. I'm a real estate agent in the capital of Poland, up and coming. How am I going to do that? My goal is to sign one exclusive agreement per week (for a flat for sale).
I want to be a D-Rock for someone. I want to be a part of a content creation team for a business or a public figure and I want to travel with them and make content for them like your team and like Gary's team does.
I'm going to accomplish that by putting out more content than anyone around me and not falling in love with perfection. Last year I made the goal to get off of opiates (prescribed) for pain associated with an autoimmune disease and osteoarthritis.
I am now completely off of opiates (and going through HELL) but it is so worth it. This alone is my greatest achievement and I couldn't be happier, even in pain.
I am on day 7 and have spent the last 7 days just focused on getting better and healthier.
You are helping me get my head and thoughts right while I am resetting my physical being, so thank you!

I’ve just started as a real state agent in Christchurch, New Zealand! My current 2018 goal is simple. Get my first listing! From there to expand and build my business.
My goal for 2018 is to truly understand how to connect with more people. I prospect new homeowners everyday, offering security solutions. Often I haven’t made the rapport needed fast enough. Which in the long run leaves the home owner unprotected. I want to focus more on their personal needs. To understand what they are truly looking for. Find creative ways to connect with them faster. Even if they don’t become a customer of mine. I want to connect and offer my expertise to leave them in a slightly better situation or mindset then before we met.
It’s a long road, and I am working hard at it daily. Ryan you are a inspiration. Love your work. Keep at it!!

My two goals for this year are to finish my Realtor License - I just passed my third exam - woohoo! I have two more to go but the crunch is on because my dealine is April 31 as per OREA up here in Ontario Canada....and it looks like my husband is about to lose his job - I quit mine so I could pour all of myself into this career goal...now the stress because neither of us are going to have a job!!

I'm a little late to the vlog subscription, so glad I found it though. My goal for 2018 was to find my true north. In doing so it would continue my journey into areas I've never dreamt of doing. In April I became a health lifestyle coach. I never knew the idea of being on the sidelines cheering my clients on would be so rewarding. I've found a passion in truly caring about peoples lives that I never knew I had. Personally it's helped me with balancing my own inner demons.
