- IMO the best comic book game of the 2D era. There's also a Genesis/ Mega Drive version which happens to be one of the rarest cartridges and can get about $100-300 complete in box, but it's not one of the best arcade-to-console ports (Mega Drive/Arcade comparison: • The Punisher パニッシャ | A... )
one of the best games I ever marked my generation
remember finishing this game in the arcade armed with about $30 dollars in change and different people randomly joining in to play as Fury and about 15 to 20 people watching me at the end (playing on a arcade machine which had those big screens with the controls set back a bit from it). Great game!
this and cadillac n dinosaurs were my favourite arcades at that time
I played this every night with my childhood friend while on vacation in Montenegro in 1995. He is no longer with us, today was his funeral. He was only 37. The game is a masterpiece !!! Causes incredible nostalgia if played today.

Gotta love the way OG Nick Fury keeps the cigar going regardless of the situation just like in the comics.
This was my favorite arcade game when I was younger. True story, one time I beat the game on a single quarter by myself with no second player. I thought for a moment if I really had just beat the whole game off one quarter. When I reached into my pockets, yup... I still had three quarters in my pocket from the dollar I changed out.
The world badly needs an official 90s Capcom Marvel compilation. Nearly 30 years later and these games are still the best adaptation of the Marvel characters in any medium!
