Hello Amanda. Thank you for your very informative videos. I have what may be a very simple question. Using Finder on my MacBook Air, I am able to access the originals directory (Macintosh HD > Users > “username” > Pictures > Photos Library.photoslibrary > originals) that is typically access directly with the photos app. When in Finder, I must right-click on the .photoslibrary and select “Show Package Contents” to finally get to the originals directory. I cannot seem to get to this directory using Adobe Bridge. A work-around is to export all of my photos from the Apple photos app to a separate directory, but this seems inefficient. Do you have any other ideas?

Thank you, Amanda for your excellent video offerings. I have what is probably a very basic question: With "Finder" on my Macbook Air, I can access the original photo files (Macintosh HD > Users > “username” > Pictures > Photos Library.photoslibrary > originals) that otherwise are accessed through the Photos app. To get to the "originals" folder, I must right-click on the .photoslibrary directory and select "show package contents" to get to the "originals" folder. I cannot seem to get to this directory in Adobe Bridge. In the "pictures" directory I see the .photoslibrary, but cannot get any further. A work-around is to export all of my photos from the Apple photos app to a separate directory, but that doesn't seem to be the most efficient. Would you have any other ideas?

Unfortunately, as Apple Photos is essentially a piece of software with your originals hidden in it, you can't access them through Adobe Bridge.
They don't want you playing around with them in the originals area.
The only option is to export them and then you can see them in Adobe Bridge but obviously then they will outside Apple Photos 😊
