thanks for the tips! ive been intimidated by tier ten tournaments before, but today i took your advice and brought a 430u and ive been facehugging people to death :)
Ive played 5 tournaments so far using my t-44 thinking i can win over by outrading enemies. Mostly won by unattend but Finals are different my plan to outrade & outmanuever heavies was effective but i lost after facing Progretto. This video was Helpful ive found my mistakes in this video, now ive learned more im fully confident to win tournaments accordingly. Thank you so much.
Thanks for this video. I'm just an average player who mostly plays mid tier tanks, so I don't have much of a choice of tanks when playing in the higher tiers. I've played in two tournaments so far, one was tier 8 and the other was tier 10. I have no tier 8's of my own, but I keep some tier 8 rentals for special occasions. I have one tier 9 and two tier 10. None are suited for tournaments. So, I play with what I have! I got 3rd in both tournaments, but not from my good playing. I had enough no shows that I got 3rd thru default. You did show me a few tactics that might come in handy, so I'll remember those. Thanks again and good hunting!
Incredible video, buddy. High quality knowledge shared so effortlessly. Keep producing similar material and you'll have a big subscriber base in a year or two.
Reward tanks have been banned from tournaments. Also, at tier 6, I found that the VK and the M6 are the only valid options if you're skilled enough. The only way a skilled player can lose in a mirror match is if they get shot first and have the same reload time, and then get unlucky while penetrating or bouncing shots. With my VK, I haven't lost against ANYTHING that wasn't an M6 or another VK. All of their tactics don't matter if you just have double their HP, can cap the base behind some cover corridor and/or can just outdpm them (some tanks literally do 160 damage per shot and have the same reload as the VK with 220 or M6 with 240 dmg).
I really want to get into tournaments for the free gold and I just want to ask you, in my T29 should I use the 90mm gun for the dpm or the 105 for the alpha dmg?
Entirely depends on what you want your play style to be. 90mm would be close quarters. You’d have advantage in the head to head fight against most tanks. The 105 is for distance. It has less dpm, meaning close quarters off the bat is less ideal. I use the 105 because I like taking my time. But it’s entirely up to you.
@@lazarosmavridis191 rewards, as mentioned in the video, are given out within 24 hours (usually an hour or two) after the tournament ends. And yes, you can compete in tournaments at any tier, depending on what’s available each week.

Tier 8 calling will be my next big project. It’s a super complex one though, so I have no idea when it’ll be all finished. But it is definitely in the works!
Sorry for delayed response! This might be because you didn’t confirm the team, or you read the tournament’s time zone incorrectly. Otherwise, maybe you signed up on the wrong account? Hard to pinpoint the issue. Best of luck in future tournaments!
True. Not a guarantee though. I figured it was safer waiting for a side shot, but honestly that entire match was embarrassing for me. I won, but at the cost of failing repeatedly against a UDES
TECHNICALLY the ST-I could win tournaments, so long as it’s equipment, crew, and player are up to par. Honestly, the player makes the biggest difference. The best way to become a player who can win consistently is to practice. You’ll also be likely to earn gold on the way. The ST-I is certainly not ideal, but if you’re able to hide the cupola while side scraping, or otherwise trap an opponent in a fight you can win, you should be fine. Best of luck!
i think watching people playing 1v1 tournament and see how the are winning there games and learing from them and try to do the same or maybe try to predict what will the enemy guy will do like if you look at his stast before the game most of the time you can predict what he will do . for a example a dude with 4kto 6k pr will most of the time will drive to the cap or just camp or its a good player he will try to kill u at 1st u can try to conter them . i think the 1v1 game mode is just predicting what will the enemy will do and hitting and penning your shots and using armor ext all in all its a combo of game nolage and tactic
im entering a tournament soon (1vs1 Tier X) and the only tier Xs i have are cs63 and progetto 65. Progetto 65 is ass so i hope my polish medium will help me win a little gold
Out of those 2, the progetto will be the better bet as it’ll let you fully clip out when the enemy is in a damage range. Unfortunately, you’ll face mostly heavy tanks, so it’ll be quite difficult to out-trade. Best of luck to you!
@@Indoorwinner Still after the nerf? What about E5 now? Seems to be better now. I have S.Conq, but no E5. Also I'm running 60TP on bond turbo rammer and hp. Idk that's gonna bee good pick
@@venoxtv15 If you move your mouse over the armor, it’ll tell you the effective armor value of that spot. So if the area is red, that means it is thicker than other locations. In the top left, there’s a drop-down that’s defaulted to “Collision.” If you change that to “live,” you’ll be able to see if whatever shell you’re comparing the armor to (defaulted to the standard shell of the same tank) can pen each area. Hope that helps!
@@lubossd_wot not like I paid them off haha. These are typically hand-selected clips. This particular video is from 3 weeks of on-and-off tournament playing.
