OMG thanks for the spinach artichoke dip ! Before going vegan it was my favorite dip ! I always bought it so I never make it but I wanted to find a good vegan recipe of this. This looks amazing, I have to try it 😍

We usually put salt on our potatoes after oiling them. That way if you eat the skins they are seasoned. These look delicious.

i am no chef compared to you guys, but i have a mashed potato recommendation!! all of the best mashed potatoes i have ever had have included a touch of dijon mustard!! it adds such a nice subtle complexity that still tastes super classic, just leveled up! i would suggest giving it a try if ya want :))))

I love all the appetizers. I’m going to make the rolls with our Christmas dinner of vegan lasagna. The shepherd’s potatoes and the artichoke dip will be for New Year’s Eve. Thank you so much for all the inspiration guys.
My fav is Impossible Nugget and I like Daring plain chicken and their Cajun I think. I have not had any other vegan nuggets I liked. Many others were mushy inside.

I like tofu, but have family members who don't.
Am thinking of introducing them to "veganized" food, and thought dip might be a good gateway.
Usually in recipes that I make with tofu, the tofu soaks up the flavors of whatever you put in it. I used to not be a fan of tofu but I like it now and in some recipes I couldn’t even believe it was in it. So you shouldn’t be able to taste it.
I just made the dip and you can't taste the tofu! It's mostly a "cheese" flavor

They do make a vegan version of Worchestershire sauce.
Correct! Regular Worcestershire contains anchovies. When they use it in a video they should emphasize that it's vegan Worchestershire for those who don't know there is a difference.
