I could listen to Andrew talk about himself all day, lol
😄😊
Love that Andrew addressed this topic. The only thing missing is a pocket square :)
Antonio !
Hello, thank you for watching. It's always important to dress well and have access to your clothes when you live an international lifestyle. 😊
When I clicked on this video I never imagined how much I have to learn about men's fashion... Love it.
That's awesome to hear! I'm glad you found the video helpful.
I’m here for Andrew lifestyle content 🎉 always love these
Andrew, this is great personal content that adds humanness to the overall compelling NC organic content. All the best.
Another important topic is how to properly manage security, housekeeping, and repairs while you are away from each lillypad. Those bills can add up fast.
I still remember the first time I woke up not knowing where I was. It was distressing, yet kind of exciting because I knew I was living a lifestyle very few ever experience. The only downside to the experience was that it happened in Cleveland…
I spent a year one night in Cleveland 😂
lol
Lol😂
😂
This is smart. Surprisingly mundane, but dealing with customs is almost always a nightmare.
These are the kind of problems I want to have!
Lol
Great conversation...I love how tuned into the nuances of this you are Andrew!
Shopping and styling capsule wardrobes...tailoring, footwear, scent and accessories bam
Clothes is one of the main reasons I only travel to warm countries: the winter ones occupy too much space!
that and I hate the cold ;-D
@@blktauna ahah, true!
Thank you for this wonderful video. Dress for success, really like the tag, it reminds me of a hit song, Dress for success, by Roxette.
Most inspiring channel on CZcams. This dude is my spirt animal.
😊😊🥰
I love to hear more about jet setting lifestyle and attires, atmospheres, settings… so I can live vicariously through you.
Loved your multi-closet video. I was reminded of when I travelled extensively for business years. As a woman I couldn’t lug the amount of luggage I needed for my trips. At some airports porters were not always available. Finally I decided to keep a house in Toronto (where my children went to school) and one in Florida (future retirement). For the other cities I kept small rental apartments in Edmonton, Denver and Washington, DC. It was such a great feeling to “come home” rather than a hotel room. A place where I had a few personal items and clothes suitable for that city and weather. It was so nice to travel with just a briefcase. I’ve been retired now for 25 years and said farewell to custom made blouses and suits. Three years ago gave up home in Toronto and Florida and settled into a small apartment near my daughter. When I travel now, I take a backpack carry-on. A few classic items and light weight laundry line will work for 2 weeks. But always take a credit card and local currency just in case…..
What a great story!
Here for the motivation to work smarter and harder😇
I learn so much by watching your videos. I recently got my British Virgin Islands passport by ancestry because of your videos. Keep up the great work 👍
9:10 That's one sensation not many people talk about but yes. That's a thing
Andrew is 6’4” 😮
I always imagined him shorter. Maybe it’s the camera angle.
I do know most successful people are taller.
Onassis was short many wealthy men are shorter or average.
Most successful men are actually short, save NBA players
I thought he was shorter too. Wow, he is taller than the other Andrew. Andrew Tate lol
I pegged him at 5'9" max...he seems much more diminutive in stature from the videos. Come to think of it, I've never seen him from head to toe in any of his videos...
Most important thing is to wear colours that suit you.
No amount of expensive clothing can help you if you are wearing the wrong colours and fabrics.
I disagree. The most important factor is fit. If you have nice colours hanging around you like a sack of potatoes that looks more silly than a well fitting suit with disney characters on it.
I agree - I had a fashion stylist friend who would sell high-end clothing, cosmetics, etc. to the wealthy etc. he went through my closet and then through some things and then made recommendations - depending on your skin tone, some colors are more amicable than others - some features of your face, body etc. look better than others. Those who tell you differently have no basis because they have not gone through that analysis.
Go where you are treated vest.
Wow talk about being organized.... fabulous
Mr. Andrew, I love this concept. Thanks for the tip. 👔
Thank you, Andrew !
Electronics can be more expensive in some countries than in others. I live in Mexico so I when I need a new computer for example I go to Texas to buy it. Do you take any steps to get the most bang for your buck when its time to buy a new computer?
Love the idea of a fragrance for each country! So obvious now that I think about it ❤
Loved hearing a video from someone about a similar style and wardrobe selection to me... but specifically within the niché of international living. Cheers!
And very well dressed you are too!
Thank you Andrew
Awesomeeeeeeee subject, thanks so much. Greetings from barrio Chico, Bogota Andrew .
Thank you Andrew, for a m I st enjoyable commentary on what to where ever you are. This is extremely important content, pertaining to practicality , comfort and fashion. I have an extensive background in luxury retail goods, so I'm very aware of how a great tailor and high quality garmets can make or break your success. Especially where we are in the stream of time. "You only have 10 seconds to make an impression "..
If you want to make a memorable impression, put time and energy in how you present yourself..
Wellness and self care is extremely important as well. When you meet someone their looking into your face and eyes. A great Esthetician or Beauty therapist is key.. very enjoyable video!
Thank you for sharing your expertise with us!
Love this kind of content. Would be great if Andrew could give us a glimpse into his homes/ interior / decor / style etc
Thank you for the suggestion! We have several videos in that style. You can watch the recent Bogota Home Tour video here: czcams.com/video/9h7Fr9orC2M/video.html
Very interesting video. Please do more of these videos where issues like these are not discussed enough, imo. I love the detail about the fabrics and even knowing what brands blend in and where best that is good to know.
Lol it's adorable to hear men talk about building their wardrobes. As a fashionista myself, I own more clothes than Andrew's multiple closets around the world put together contain so as long as I get to build walk-in closets everywhere I purchase a property, getting it filled with items won't ever be a problem 😂😂. Even if it means bringing them over in a few suitcases from the place where I get the best deals on clothes.
How about an episode on how AH maintains his Nomadic eyeglass collection?!
Fascinating episode. Lots of food for thought. Definitely going to upgrade my wardrobe.
Thanks for watching! Upgrading the wardrobe sounds like a fun plan.😄
I definitely learned something new here.
Ngl i watch this channel mostly to see how slick Andrew is dressed
I really like this kind of content. Thanks.
Genuinely I need more of this content.
I absolutely love this topic!!
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoy the topic!
You mentioned no-show socks from a store in Asia called… “Paydro” “Pedro” “Piedro”?
How is it spelled? I need some good socks and I’m half the year in bangkok. Keep up the good work.
Pedro
I’m going to be honest, I wore this exact hued blue suit and white shirt for a meeting today. I looked good. Thought you should know.
My two main shirts depending on the culture is simple, but that was probably his first years also (the phase I'm in).
Excellent video.
Wardrobe logistics -- the next successful division within the @NomadCapitalist brand?
Your information is very helpful. Your advice is top shelf. You are a legend 👍🏻
This content is very value and useful…….👍, only you need is logistic skills… 😂😂😊
Knowledgeable stuff!
Yes this is actually what I been working on of late. I am getting closer to having a small carry on for going to my bases. But it gets more complicated when your wife goes with you. Or a friend or business associate asks you to bring a wine or food item back with you.
I like Shirts 👕 with a strong double Collar. Believe It or Not Bangkok build CUSTOM SHIRTS for YOUR style only $50 excellent.
Andrew interesting topic ! i do this too 😊
i would say stick to classic cuts and fashion because time goes fast . also , clothes tend to lose their texture with time .. Make sure the temperature and humidity level in your closet at your pied-à-terre is right otherwise even higher-end clothing will decompose , faster than you might expect ..
Don't need expensive clothing if you keep yourself in optimal physical shape, just well cut basics and you'll look good.
Loved it, big win:) Peace soon.
Pied du Terre is a term I learned from Andrew
Fascinating
Thank you, I appreciate your candeur.
I look forward to going through this process someday
Good one
6:38 - I have the same problem. Underwear in Serbia man.... it's a hard thing to find here.
I am just going through this. I am Australian and have a place in Bali, Kl and Aus. Been wearing RM william boots all my life and still carry to Bali and havent worn them there in 2 years. Same with some better jeans and shirts I wanted to be ready for all occassions but most I leave in KL now as it is my base. I have wasted so mucth money on clothes that I dont wear. I head to Dubai for the first time in a few weeks and have no I idea on what to take. I know 1st world problem but it is stressful.
Property is about location, location, location.
Clothing is about colour, colour, colour.
Fit more important than colour.
I'd say clothing is about colour, cloth, cut, style, practicality and durability, but that's just me.
Overthinking it. However, whatever makes you happy is what you should do.
Where did you shoot this video?
What software did you use for keeping the inventory?
Airtable
Interesting topic.😊
Glad you liked it
Where can I get custom made sneakers? Or sketchers?
Any advice on suit and shirt shopping in Johannesburg / Pretoria?
Would highly appreciate any help 🙏
The subtitle, got me running to listening 😊
It's super Hot, where i find myself right now, i just keep on cutting off my
hair 😂
Trying, to blended in, a bit more, but it doesn't always work 😅
Am missing, wearing my cooler weather, clothing a whole lot; what, when, how!?
One of the joys of growing up in California, every zone , within a couple of hours, driving, in any which, directions 😊
Hilarious.
You, always, looking very nice and goes with your vibe~~~ Cheers 🎉
Would love to see Simones socials
Since you're able to leave wardrobes at your various properties, does that mean you don't rent out your properties to earn income on them?
Yes. It’s technically possible to do both but he discussed this here: czcams.com/video/ibk0OGnSHgQ/video.htmlsi=_0ZupFDLf3YlU-0P
I have absolutely zero fashion sense...lol. Shirt, Shorts and I am good haha. xD
I’ve mastered good layering using the same clothes for different kinds of weather. And there’s no shame on using long pants in hot weather; locals do it.
Therefore minimalist style is great. I can travel with 1 cabin bag only. Also I'm avoiding cold weather countries.
I would need just a t shirt tailor and ebay access to used Levi's......
I don't imagine there is much from Vetements or Rick Owens in Andrew's wardrobe LOL😆
I just buy a couple Tshits when I arrive. I don't need to dress like a parrot, though.
❤❤❤
Contact information for your tailors please?
You can search for - Martelo Bespoke Tailors.
@@nomadcapitalist thank you.
I'm currently living in Mexico and had some socks shipped via Amazon. It was a $10 import fee!
🤣🤣🤣
Woman/wife version of this please
If I wore a sweater in KL, the result would be heatstroke in about 10 mins
Does wearing sweats to a bank in Switzerland cross any cultural lines?
I wear clothes from Costco. Lol.
🌼💐🌼
Nothing like forwarded underwear ;)
Id be interested in a video about your lifestyle in Ireland
Another fashion necessity is to purge clothes you no longer wear!
I would love a follow up video, if Andrew would be up to it, about distinct styles that inspired him….
Also true treat if Nomad dad influenced such choice or lessons learned….
A conversation among father and son?
What do you think about travelling like Jack Reacher with just a toothbrush and a passport and wash your clothes at the Hotel or change your 1 pair of clothes at a thrift store?
And they give you a toothbrush on the plane.
You can also have a laptop in each country so then you dont even need a laptop bag for traveling
The new German
citizenship law (allowing dual citizenship for everyone) has finally been signed and will enter into law ca. 26th June, 2024
Owning a jet buy you time and freedom
God i feel less accomplished lol
1st world problems...
Google; “…French speakers began using "pied-à-terre" (literally, "foot to the ground") for a temporary lodging of any sort back in the 1700s.”
Moving on, it’s hard to believe that people who can afford to plant flags around the world wouldn’t already know how to manage their wardrobes in each private residence. Seems like common sense to me. Why not ask your personal manservant to handle it for you? Could be a tax deduction if it’s business related.
No thanx, The least of my concerns in these times.
That might mean you're not in the target group of Nomad Capitalist
Lol, take your miserable live elsewhere then😂
You talk a lot about preparing for stuff but what if the whole system crashes and the only thing valuable is toilet paper? Suits, Apartments around the world, and money in a Singapore bank or any bank, wont mean shit after that.
What a brain dead comment. Stop buying suits and conducting global commerce and stock up on toilet paper. Why are you even watching this video?!?!
➡️🤡
So basically, the apocalypse? That's a whole different conversation.
Pretty sure he's got his backup plans for the areas he has positioned himself to live in. Some Gold, some Bitcoin 😅
Also, you don't need toilet paper if you have a japanese toilet 😂
I wear slippers and shorts. Wore a suit onece when i was still a slave. i understand your point. Not mine though. If you want my biz yo uskip ettiquette. If you can't we won;t be in biz together. Think i do not need the way people think it should be. Just be the way it is. then i know who you are.
