a little weird, not a fan of the small shower, but love the master bedroom, livingroom and kitchen.
as for the master bed's bathroom, i'd switch the sink and toilet locations
In Illinois USA it would cost $17,000 just to have a bathroom, no joke! May even more if you wanted fancy.

Different countries different money and price man, in NZ 2K is equivalent to 1K in America (Our price is doubled compared to America). Idk if that’s what ur talking bt but hope this helped👍🏽
