You should visit Hippodromo, its a barangay that was used to be a horestrack field, only 1 etrnace its oval in shape and its near the IT Park, so its like the slum near BGC, you can see towering skyscrapers from Hippodromos view

You should remind the people there not to throw garbage on the water. I wish the government will restrict building houses near the water. It will pollute the water! Mactan is a beautiful place and someday the water will be polluted because of these houses.
