    It is very sad to hear the passing of Dene O'Kane he was only 61 years old in his home country of New Zealand. I watched him many times before on Television and he has been in two last eight appearances in the World Championship between 1987 and 1992 and fought the top guys likes of Steve Davis and Stephen Hendry.

    R.I.P., Dene O'Kane. I'd forgotten what a good player to watch he was. A really smooth cueist, as was Steve James. Very sad what's happened.
