There might be the Eastern Orthodox, too, I don't know, you'll have to ask, but their doctrines are fairly close, and the Eastern Orthodox priests typically are married, and the Orthodox are a lot less liberal than the Anglicans. A Catholic priest can ask to be laicized, it's a process that's pretty well defined. But the soon to be laicized priest had better have a career plan, there are not many jobs in the secular world that matches your skill set. Or you can do what a lot of Catholic priests do, get secretly married to your beau in another state, live under the rectory roof, calling yourself his "Housekeeper," and make up some ruse about raising your deceased cousin's orphaned kids, and carry on. LOTS of priests have "a housekeeper."
By the way, he can go over to the Anglicans, they'll let him marry and stay a priest, the Catholics don't want to support a wife, children, widow. The have to spend that money paying off the child victims of their sex-starved priests. The wife of a pastor is an essential ministry partner, anyway.
