"This is a people problem. We have to fix it." Suresh has been in the aviation world for years, and became alarmed by the high turnover rate of mechanics. This was creating negative effects across the board as it impacted maintenance schedules, mechanics, and aircraft operators.
After countless conversations with mechanics and people in the industry, he founded Jets MRO with the mindset of creating a great environment for his team that would then translate to incredible customer experiences. By investing in people, he is confident that Jets MRO will be able to deliver on their promises to customers and employees.
