  • The plaintiff says he got in touch with the defendant to book some female entertainment for a party. He claims the dancers arrived late, were the wrong entertainers, and were on their phones during the performance. He’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant insists she sent the correct dancers. She also claims he failed to tip and even propositioned one of the women. She denies owing him anything. #JudgeMathis #RealityTV #Court

      The looked cheap. And he was cheap, too. So they fit each other. Once upon a time, I did stripping back when it was real stripping, the classic type. You also had to look very, very 'clean' while stripping. Also, a cop was always there to insure we didn't touch anyone or strip too much, this was back in 1969, not today and there were no 'stripper poles', either. A comedian would come on stage between dances to tell jokes. Ahem. Lots of jokes.

Idk if you been to a private party with strippers but these women are super vocal and will literally tell you if you aren’t tipping enough. Honestly she's talking about the tips but the girls came late were on the phone, left early and wasnt even the same girls pictured. You go to a restaurant if your waiter is late with food or drinks and on there phone are you gonna tip well? I feel like they wanted more money and knew the next party would be better.
    She said it was the same girls pictured they just changed there hair, and as soon as he said the girl told him they weren't the same she got quiet, so she was already lying.

    • @GetIntoTheBLACK
      @GetIntoTheBLACK Před 2 lety

      Well he literally stated he didn’t care if the girls weren’t the same. His exact words “they told me they weren’t the same but I was okay with that” can’t agree to the change then get upset later. He had no proof they were on the phone texting the lady stated they were on the phone looking for music which is likely. Strippers tend to control their own music when people Its a private party because even at the strip club they choose their own music but theirs a dJ at private parties they act as their own dJ. Also the judge awarded him money for them showing up late. As for them leaving early when you book strippers the tipping is a major part of it. Strippers will stay later if you’re actually tipping seems like they weren’t tipping was touching money that hit the floor which is a big no no and then was being rude and disrespectful. Strippers are not required to stay the whole time if you’re providing an unsafe environment. I think the issue is most of you think you can have a private party and treat strippers like you do when yaw go to the strip club. Barely giving and money because you don’t have it. Difference is at the strip clubs there’s usually another guy who balances out the brokees.

Why would the man lie about hearing the dancer say they would be there in a little while? One of those other parties that they have every weekend. smh Judge Mathis liked getting that story out about Beyond the Pole evidently. At least he gave the plaintiff a judgement. Tipping gives incentive for a good performance. Doesn't matter if they also write books or are good at other things. Dancing was what was expected and I believe his evidence was more persuasive than her giving absolutely no evidence.

    I was totally on the Defendants side the whole time. A very good friend of mine a long time ago hired male entertainers serve drinks and perform routine dances at her event, but little did she know that her guests, the female ones, were talking beyond flirting with the men, causing them to opt out of the event hours before it was over, because they were uncomfortable with the guests. The Club didn't even bother to fight with my friend over payment, the owner just told her she can have it back and told her that her guests were "a bunch of b****es" for thinking that it was okay to grab the guys in their privates and lick their bodies without warning.
