Where i live, you need the double to afford a room.
But in some cities it's possible to get your own studio for about $400-$500 (roughly)
..and there's no pool nor warm weather all year long 😂

You can do that without any restrictions yes haha , and I used to use my bike primarily , but nowadays I opt for convenience so I just choose taxis instead mostly

6 months is usually the minimum they want for renting in a place like this pal
yes you can, but you will need to go to air BNB, the rate will be more, and there are often rules in condos about no short stay tenants, this isn't a barrier as ling as the condos don't have biometric access ( mine does) meaning unless you in the system you can't get in the elevators,
unfortunately a bit too far from MRT
