- Welcome to the first installment of Jean Lea's FAVORITE samplers. It was so hard to choose so I'm sure there will be a follow up list. The Ladies of the Attic have some wonderful starts, finishes and we get a progress update on the beautiful Dorcas Haynes that Mary is stitching. Grab a cold drink and your stitching and come along for the fun.

Not that I need it but I’ve got so much Inspiration…matter of fact, I‘m now going to try my „Vintage charm pinkeep“ in similar colors as shown. (I would order the thread-pack but I don’t have the patience to wait ….til it would arrive here in Germany and since I’m away from home in Sept🙄) But I definitely will order again from you ❤ Thank you so, so very much. I love seeing everyone’s stitching. They are all different and all beautiful! I don’t know which of Jean’s favorites to stitch - decisions decisions. Thanks to everyone for sharing.

This was an especially fun floss tube with the special segments of stitching finishes by the employees and books to purchase. Then Dorcas sampler information and up close looks at some beautiful specialty stitches by Mary. Well then came Jean’s favorite samplers and her stitching progress! Carolyn had some lovely projects she is working on to show and entice us to go shopping at the Attic! I was smiling all the way through so thank you ladies for a great time of sharing all the things today👏😄🪡

Congratulations on your new Great Grandson!
I live in Phoenix. A few months ago I went outside to see what all the wind was about. I saw a dust devil at the end of the community. Lots of white debris in it, being flung about. Reminded me of Twister actually. That devil had completely destroyed a patio cover on a neighbor's house. She was the only one in the community who got hit. It was a beautiful sunny day. Fun video!
Well, now you’ve done it! I want to stitch all those samplers too! Nothing is as good as seeing the real stitch…thanks!
I was already excited about going to summer school. But NOW, I don’t think I will be able to sleep in anticipation!! I love you ladies so much. You bring so much joy to my life/heart❤❤ a million thanks❤❤
Hello and great to see you all! I’m so glad to hear you declare that there should always be a one page complete chart on electronic versions! I usually ask designers if they can provide one and some do accommodate. Thank you for that! Now to check out Jean’s favorite samplers….Take care!

That is so funny about how you deal emotionally with a problem in the stitching. I do exactly the same thing. Deny it for the moment and then go back and fix it works

Hi Ladies! Great spending time with you! Jean showed Dorothy Walpole and said she was stitching it on 40 count but never mentions what fabric???? I am getting her ready for Sampler September and I love Jean's fabric. You folks kitted me up with the silks years ago but no fabric! HELP!!! Thanks in advance!
I think the fabric is Vintage Lentil from Lakeside. If we don’t have that one I’m sure we can get you something equally as lovely. Thanks for watching. Carolyn

Hello. I just finished watching this floss tube. I loved it, & all the beautiful things that were shown. I have a question for Carolyn. Is the Lehays box you showed for your scattered seed sampler piece the #3 Lehays box which is 7”across. I have the scattered seed sampler kit with the 46 count linen & I love your idea with the shaker box. I saw they have it on Etsy, & just want to make sure it is the right box. Also could you tell me the name of the sampler that was stitched on 52 count linen that you showed right after the scattered seed sampler piece? Thank you for all the inspiration.
