iirc it's just caused by sudden movement after staying in one position for hours, most notably sitting to standing, because the blood in your body including your head that was previously somewhat settled has to move around a lot. I think iron deficiency just amplifies the effect, don't trust me tho
Saaaaaame and my iron was apparently 16 (it should be AT LEAST 31) so about half, now it's 24 due to a LOT of supplements and kale. I also have low blood pressure (90/60 I think) and once I fainted from those two plus dehydration (low blood pressure+dehydration=dangerous)

That ADHD emotions one is legit. I have it and I've been asked "What day do you think it is" and my response is always "Tuesday?" I have ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety, and my life just always feels like it's a Tuesday in the middle of May. I could not tell you why I feel that so specifically, but I feel it with every fiber of my being.
I usually have like three of those at the same time. If I only have one than it's easy to hide from family members, and friends. If it's more than one or particularly intense that day than my family remains subconsciously aware of my discomfort, but unable to articulate why, However; *M Y F R I E N D S* simultaneously tease me over it and support me after becoming aware within the first five minutes of me seeing them. They give me food I'm actually willing to eat, and let me make things (I'm an art kid and video game designer) without fear of judgement or failure/non-perfection. They start playing songs I like in my apartment via bluetooth speaker and sing with me (often using parody lyrics, unless the message of the song is good shit) usually way too loud and possibly out of key. But me and my friends like to use the songs, and are theater nerds, so we sing in ways that are nice to exist around. They make puns about history/religions (usually the darker or hypocritical parts i. e. Nazism, both Chirstianity and Islam at the same time, USSR, obscure facts about various artists that display their pragmatic and potentially malicious ways of life, etc. etc.) And then we talk of women we desire (most of us are lesbians or bi/pan) and what sort of surreal, chaotic, and potentially destructive dates that we would relish with pride at the ability to participate. Then we play survival MineCraft with a dangerous lack of fear for God, as we are on hard mode and are willing to destroy one another or creepers. All of us are ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and/or depression (potentially a mixture), thus the laundry list of coping mechanisms are all collective and shared like a cult of madness. We exist using only things our therapists or historical idols have taught us. We are the quiet kids,,,, *plural* ,,,, but we are only violent in premeditated and effective ways, not using guns. We are the group of destructive rebels in a dystopian novel, for that is our plane of existence (America); an ever changing environment where only the most horrible things stay consistent and happiness only lasts for fleeting moments. My friends and I have gotten way too good at scaring people using knowledge of things that we probably shouldn't understand or conceive of. Funny story. When I got my first dose of the COVID vax I had an anxiety reaction that lasted almost a month. I did a lot of things to cope. I played animal crossing, stardew valley, Minecraft, Mario kart, and I beat Undertale about twenty times. I was literally speed running it by the end, I think I could beat the game start to finish in two hours. I dunno-I just know I got good at the game. That was in April. It’s mid-July now. iirc it's just caused by sudden movement after staying in one position for hours, most notably sitting to standing, because the blood in your body including your head that was previously somewhat settled has to move around a lot. I think iron deficiency just amplifies the effect, don't trust me tho

Saaaaaame and my iron was apparently 16 (it should be AT LEAST 31) so about half, now it's 24 due to a LOT of supplements and kale. I also have low blood pressure (90/60 I think) and once I fainted from those two plus dehydration (low blood pressure+dehydration=dangerous)

The "Try the taco" thing is actually brilliant. You'd be surprised at how many people I've known that had never actually ordered a regular taco at Taco Bell until I suggested it to them. Like...you know how sometimes people are like "I'm hungry, but I'm tired, and I'm poor." So they scrounge some couch change, then they talk about how bored they are of regular burgers. It's actually pretty amazing that there are so many people who love Taco Bell and literally never order their first menu item ever.

I usually have like three of those at the same time. If I only have one than it's easy to hide from family members, and friends. If it's more than one or particularly intense that day than my family remains subconsciously aware of my discomfort, but unable to articulate why, However; *M Y F R I E N D S* simultaneously tease me over it and support me after becoming aware within the first five minutes of me seeing them.
They give me food I'm actually willing to eat, and let me make things (I'm an art kid and video game designer) without fear of judgement or failure/non-perfection. They start playing songs I like in my apartment via bluetooth speaker and sing with me (often using parody lyrics, unless the message of the song is good shit) usually way too loud and possibly out of key. But me and my friends like to use the songs, and are theater nerds, so we sing in ways that are nice to exist around. They make puns about history/religions (usually the darker or hypocritical parts i. e. Nazism, both Chirstianity and Islam at the same time, USSR, obscure facts about various artists that display their pragmatic and potentially malicious ways of life, etc. etc.) And then we talk of women we desire (most of us are lesbians or bi/pan) and what sort of surreal, chaotic, and potentially destructive dates that we would relish with pride at the ability to participate. Then we play survival MineCraft with a dangerous lack of fear for God, as we are on hard mode and are willing to destroy one another or creepers.
All of us are ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and/or depression (potentially a mixture), thus the laundry list of coping mechanisms are all collective and shared like a cult of madness. We exist using only things our therapists or historical idols have taught us. We are the quiet kids,,,, *plural* ,,,, but we are only violent in premeditated and effective ways, not using guns. We are the group of destructive rebels in a dystopian novel, for that is our plane of existence (America); an ever changing environment where only the most horrible things stay consistent and happiness only lasts for fleeting moments.
My friends and I have gotten way too good at scaring people using knowledge of things that we probably shouldn't understand or conceive of. May all those who suffer with us be favored by fate's cold unyielding hands, for the world is in turmoil, since both the beginning of time and when it ends. Funny story.
When I got my first dose of the COVID vax I had an anxiety reaction that lasted almost a month. I did a lot of things to cope. I played animal crossing, stardew valley, Minecraft, Mario kart, and I beat Undertale about twenty times. I was literally speed running it by the end, I think I could beat the game start to finish in two hours. I dunno-I just know I got good at the game.
That was in April. It’s mid-July now. The beginning of this video itched something in my brain. I couldn’t figure out what it was. I _knew_ that song.
I opened the Undertale soundtrack, went straight to Death by Glamour, and skipped to the part directly before the sound clip in the video started.
