biggest rookie mistake ....just tighten any connections just enough ....everyone tends to over tighten and this causes leaks just do it a bit then see if it leaks then tighten more .......this method stops the olive getting knackered

you can get a tool and it design to fit all hex sizes if yu do this often you ll need it for old houses with old connections
