the issue with rat kings is that you either kill em when they're friendly and feel like a dick or die when someone inevitably sets them off and they have 40 rat servants that never miss

Man I remember a round I was a rat king, me and a male borg created our own hideout. I then got a skeleton to get me food, and kidnapped a janitor. Sec was not happy and ended up killing me though

It's so sad that when this was released, the server I played on updated and REMOVED rat kings...
i remember one time i was playing there was in the same server 3 rat king i think and in a moment (i was playing seccof) when i was in the kitchen there was the two ratking and a sentient spider in the bar XD and there was a machine that make meats, idk that one machine that the scientist can unlock (i ended dying for a space ninja)
What about a Mutant Rat King that can transfer over to one of the rats after it has collected either enough biomass (enough cheese by itself, by eating a Royal Cheese, or racking up enough kills) as an antagonist of its own?
Or, an un-nerfed version of just the Rat Hivemind. I would imagine the chosen rat changing like a monkey-to-human transformation, the rat mutating to rat king. Die and fail to transfer in time, it's over.
