The issue I have w/trainers is most of them have an athletic background w/a competitive nature. Totally opposite of what a seasoned couch potato like me needs. I need a nudge, not a push. I need encouragement, not discouragement, I know my body & limitations & have to pace myself. Consistency & discipline.👌🏽

This is the realest I’ve ever heard. Eat what you like. That’s what I’ve always been doin. And guess what, I just work out? 🤷🏼‍♂️ And my body fire by the way! Have been seein humans taking it too far these days, oh you ain’t gotta eat this ain’t gotta eat that! Like seriously?? We grew up eating anything, not cutting out no sugar no nothing and our grandfathers and grandmas still turned a 100 years old or 101. 🤷🏼‍♂️

This was a good video, very down to earth. More videos like this, fewer videos of people on PEDs.

people don't get this videos - the fact is: you are having an oportunity to kinda talk with a star, someone who lifes of how good he looks, a famous dude who had talk with a lot of profesionals before, so even when this talk or video, is short, you can get a lot of perspective... of course, a diet or routine has to be different for every single person because we all kinda different

As a Personal Trainer, I don't agree with the no trainer part. 😂😂
But, he's also right about not killing yourself. Be safe in the gym and everything in moderation.

Wouldn't recommend LaCroix, has a lot of flavoring in it that can cause digestive issues and provoke your taste buds to crave more sweet things.

Jamie Foxx eats plenty of "dingleberries" too.
