......an outburst in courts, fora or hearings are expected, especially where deliberate and annoying interjections are concerned. If that never happened, there would never have been guidelines. It is important for the chairperson of any gathering to maintain equal balance and attention. However, all legal proceedings are based on the basis, foundation and backbone of the constitution or legal framework of a particular organisation, body, forum....etc.. as to who it is destined to protect or favour. I certainly think according to this Commission, it was improper. But it is also important to understand as to who, those rules, laws and regulations favour before people start vindicating one or two people.

What we must realize SA is in mess because of corruption of taxpayer money now the wrong is right in those people eyes who benefit of all state departments and alle race suffer from wrong doings after 1994 . Democracy fail all people because of those in power steal from the poor. May god help SA and put leaders in place who fear him and love all race irrespective what apartheid done to is. Perhaps the word "shut up" but it was clear that Advocate Mpofu was being interrupted with unnecessary questioning and point of orders when it was clear that he was under limited time scope to finish his questioning. So I disagree with you rather, Advocate Mpofu did not show disrespect but was frustrated with unnecessary delays. Next time you should hold a timer when someone (an advocate) is interrupted, and you should count the time and it should also apply on a NO and YES answer. We are watching you. Minister Gordhan on the other hand was making long speeches on a NO or Yes answer. So please chair please first get your house in order. I have observed that you are impatient with questioning or point of order from lawyers representing "those alleged to have done something wrong", but you are very lenient on evidence leaders, for instance that "white" advocate who leads evidence on Transnet matters was so disrespectful of Mr Molefe and it just past your attention as normal and you were so impatient on a white lawyer representing Mr Koko (if not mistaken_. We wish that the President can also extend your time as well as funding because I think you may not do it with your limited time with the former President show tactics to evade coming back to the commission.
