Homemade Boiled Peas စားတော်ပဲပြုတ် ပြုတ်နည်း

Hi everyone,
Welcome back to my Channel @LynnVlog.
Today I am gonna to make “Homemade boiled peas”. This white pea from India is quite similar to the type of peas used in Burma.
There are many recipes to use the boiled peas such as Fried rice with boiled peas, serving it with glutinous rice, peas paste with naan, Paratha etc.
The methods of boiled peas are varied in many different ways. Some add oil, jaggery/ sugar, and salt to taste in boiling. It is up to you to customise the recipe what you desire the taste of the boiled peas. The cooking of the peas is a little tricky and I have made so many ways but the method in this Vlog is the easiest and gets the natural taste of the peas.
As for me, I am more preferable the peas tastes the natural rich and sweet therefore I only add baking soda.
