Just pointing a few things out, when you removed the caliper from the rotor (0:55) you can see the rotor hanging, which puts stress on those lines. You can prevent damage by holding it up with inexpensive bungee cords.
Also, right after you started compressing the caliper but the way you are doing it can easily cause a tear in the caliper boot creating an issue once assembled back together. Next time, use a piece of wood or something even in between so it goes back in symmetrically.
Instead of hammering the rotors out like that and bending the plate behind, use the screws within the rotor to evenly lift it from the rusted surface.
After you removed the old rotor, you should have used brake clean and cleaned off all the rusted surfaces, possibly with a wire brush. Since you are already this deep in, you should consider cleaning the caliper guide pins and ensure proper lube so they operate effectively.
Nonetheless, great video. This was just a word of advice on things to look out for.

    Few observations:
    - Hanging brake line
    - Missed to Clean brake pads hardware, clean slider pins and regrease with red rubber grease, clean brake shoes.
    - After fitting new disc check for binding & adjust brake shoes now is the best time since its all dismantled
You got the job done but that car will run into issues in the future as missed out on preventative maintenance.

Plenty of good pointers in the comments so I don't need to repeat. However the vehicle should be safely secured on a jack-stand(s) before taking wheel(s). Do not rely solely on a lifting jack or scissor jack. Be safe!

Do you mind leaving a link for where you got the front and rear breaks from?

Never hang that caliper!!! Puts too much stress on the line for future issues! Safety issues at that.
