Today is the day, we are building the Warped Wall.
The first step is to get your plywood curved for the bend in the Warped Wall. So, we are going to start off by building a pool to get that plywood wet.
Alright, the framework is set up for the baby pool (and notice that the cinder blocks are sticking into the framework). When you set your plywood on top of it, you can place weight in the middle to help speed up the curving process.
You've got your plywood soaking, your cinderblocks in the middle, now lets move on to the sidewalls.
Alright, you've got your plywood laid out in an L-shape. The next step is to get some string and a pencil, and we're going to draw the curve for the Warped Wall.

Okay, we've got our string. We attached ours to a kettle bell but you can use anything to hold the center-point. A person works fine, just make sure they don't move! This is going to help get the radius for our warped wall.
We've got the sides for our Warped Wall cut, and now it's time for the posts.
When attaching the 4x4 posts, it's important to leave enough space for the 2x4's to support the face of the Warped Wall. So, what we've done is cut a tiny section of a 2x4, so that you can check to make sure that everything will be flush along the edge of the wall.
The 4x4's are attached to the side. The next step is to cut our cross-braces so that we can start framing the warped wall up.
Now that the cross-braces are done, it's time to lay the plywood for the surface of the warped wall.
We finished the surface, we put the cap on top (with the extra plywood), and the ledge we used is some pvc pipe cut in half and screwed directly into the 2x4.
So there you have it!! Your 14 foot Warped Wall. We started building at 9:00 am and finished around 4:00. You could build your own Warped Wall by tomorrow.

How much money did it require to create the whole thing
Total cost is about $350

What type of saw did you use to make the curved cuts?
Just use a thinner sheet of plywood, you won’t have to do all the bending crap

Don’t bother. This guy is charging almost 60 bucks for blue prints!! On top of that, if you purchase, it will be very low res: you won’t be able to read anything! He’s charging an extra 20 bucks for the revamped high quality version!!! At that rate it would be much better to go to your local skate park and train for free
