- How to make a diamante showing browband
Tools:
- Ruler
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Strong glue
- Scissors
- Selotape
- Knife
- Thin sheet of plastic
- Material/felt
Materials:
- Flat browband
- Three 10mm ribbons, each 2.5 meters long for a full sized browband
- 15mm ribbon
- Browband centre pieces
- Diamantes
Attempting to make my first show browband tomorrow. Great video! Music fried my brain though.

I followed your steps and just finished! I used white for the diamond shapes, purple for the small triangles and navy blue for the stripes. My rosettes aren't as fancy and I put blue and clear gems in the diamond shapes.

Are the measurements for the ribbons (2 meters) when making a browband size Full? Or is it for smaller sized browbands? :)
+Rebecca Eveninghome - The browband centres were bought on Ebay. If you type 'browband/button centre' in, there are some.
I found it hard to follow the first steps of the sewing i couldn't get it right xD
Instead of buying new bridles, could I just buy new browbands? Or is that now possible
+Ezra Ann Yes, you can buy browbands by themselves. I bought the plain browband in the video second hand - very cheap! :)
Yes you totally don't have to buy a new bridle just a plain browband for like £6 or possibly £2 in places.

Where do you get your plastic from?
It was cut from an A4 sheet of polypropylene, which you can buy from craft shops.
i really want to do this but i don't have a spare browband! :(
