    aaaaaaaaa 11/10, this is amazing! I love learning about all the different ways you can rig a skirt 😍

      Thank you for watching!! Yeah, the rigging for pleated skirts, frilly skirts and circle skirts can be completely different!
      In addition to the physics also depends on the fabric!
      A nice way of studying physics for live2d is to watch those 3d rendering videos and seeing how things move?
      Its really interesting!!!

    I was wondering, do I have to have each plaited section of the skirt separate? My model has a two part skirt you see and so one side I plaited and the other is just a regular smooth type. Like half and half.
    I was wondering because I’m scared it might take forever or be a huge problem and I might give up on that part 😭 so do you think I can just simplify it?

    • @athenyach
      @athenyach Před 9 měsíci +3

      Most skirts I do have just the front skirt (all the plaits in one layer) and the back part and you can definitely work on it just fine!
      The illustrator for this model (Ainy) is just very thorough with parts separation and it allows me to, also, be very thorough with the Live2D. (For example, she has every single joint separated in the hands)
      But it won't be a huge problem otherwise!
      Best of luck to you!!!

    oh so adorable. i have a question. how much the program costs is it one time purchase?

    • @athenyach
      @athenyach Před rokem +4

      The base program (Live2D Cubism) is free but there are limitation so I use the Pro version!
      Sadly it's not a one time purchase! But I got 3 years for 80USD so it was a good investment for me personally ^^

    I'm sorry for the really really simple question but I'm very new to live 2d😅
    all physics has to be on their own warp deformer?
    So i have to have "position" warp deformers (just to move the item) x y z etc
    and then physics are on a different deformer separately? And physics are also separated into x y movements...

    • @athenyach
      @athenyach Před rokem +3

      Yes exactly!! So for me atleast, the heirachy of the deformers looks like
      Z
      -> XY
      ---> Physics
      But yes I separate all of my physics!
