That's also common in Nigeria. We call it "Musaffaa." We do it in a group of friends wither 1 page or 1 rubuu each. Daily like 2 juz or three juz, depending on the time we dedicate for it till we complete the Qur'an memorization. You can also do it even if u haven't memorize the whole Quran. It helps so alot in keeping ur Qu"an tilawat Iintact. May Allah make us among the Huffaz 😊😊

I actually miss this, I. Never knew the blessing I or we had even tho we lived through in a civil war but looking back we were really connected to the deen and the Quran subhanaAllah. I am 26 now I used to read the Quran 20 pages a day I was so good at it I was easily read it any surah as a young boy 🥲 Ya Allah his mercy I haven’t read the Quran proper since my late teens but I been reading again and by Allah mercy I still remember I just need proper read out and understand the meanings in Arabic I understand now the beautiful kalamul Allah the words of Allah. I used to dislike and like Dugsi growing up I was good at my cashir but I used to dislike going I wanted to play football but Alhamdulilah thanks to my parents they pushed us dugsi the deen they never made us forget our deen, my dad waking us up for fajr I missed that also, I miss everything when I disliked it but I am grateful Allah because of our parents mercy he always kept us in straight path even tho we were lacking in praying and reading the Quran but our faith our iman we never and will never let it go and now my iman is stronger than ever. Children and anyone else keep learning yoir deen and pray and always recite and read your Quran and sunnah nothing else matters. Islam is beautiful the only truth. I was fortunate to learn how to make Salah and some Arabic fundamentals. I've always wanted to be hafithz but, was discouraged throughout the decades. It takes a lot of dedication and discipline. I'm in my mid 50s now. And feel a rekindled sense to accomplish this. My wife and I are helping our kids transition through young adulthood. So, we're VERY busy. We read Quran everyday and are hoping that Allah SubanahWaTa'Allah will help us accomplish our memorization goals. We didn't learn how to properly read (i.e. good tajweed) until our 30s. May Allah grant us success, insha'Allah.🤲🏽❤️☝🏾

That's crazy dedication a juz would take approx 40min praying normally and doing it like this would probably multiply it. But your dohr will become stronger. But personally I think it's much easier to pray to a teacher. That's how I did my hifdh in daruloom.

Why are we Muslims not talking about reestablishing the power and control Allah SWT give us from the beginning? The command is to unite under one Khalifah.

Which means we have to create a balance of power in the world by creating United League of Muslim Nations. Which is to reestablish the Caliphate because we are children of Adam, peace be upon him .
"United League of Muslim Nations" under one Khalifah will be a strictly defensive Force with a quick response to any threat to the Ummah of Islam.
And it is easy to do it. It will be the Council of Muftis, from which they will choose the Khalifah. Under the Khalifah will be a seat for a Mufti from every country in world with 100,000 plus Muslim population as Islam is for entire World. From every municipality we will choose a representative till we have the Council of Muftis for that country with a Grand Mufti of that country to sit in the Council of Muftis under the Khalifah. All communication can be done remotely with everyone working from home. Most effective and real democratic way of governing where all decisions are made by the Council of Muftis but the Khalifah having the final say. Under the Khalifah, the "ULMN" will have its own army, navy and Air Force under one commander for defending the entire ummah. We already have the hardware from major Muslim countries. They just have to be relabeled "ULMN" when they out to defend any part of the Ummah like removing the Mediterranean Sea blockade by Israelis.The four letters "ULMN" will be enough to deter anyone from doing what is happening in Gazza today. But we have to be the Nation of Al Muttaqun for Allah SWT is saying now:
"You are the Best of People ever raised up for Mankind, enjoining what is Good, forbidding what is evil and believing in Allah SWT" .... Quran 3: 110
Then how can we go wrong when the fear of "ULMN" will overwhelm the hearts of our enemies?
That is what Islam is and we are Muslims to resolve every matter in a Peaceful manner, Insha Allah. Alhamdu Lillah.
If no one is willing to act as the acting Khalifah, I will be the acting Khalifah till one is chosen and I sincerely invite all Muslims to join me in this effort, for if we fail but we will never fail, we will still get one Hashanah for our intentions, Insha Allah

If you don't have friends/people who are memorizing then just add anyone who can read the Quran from Mushaf. When it's their turn to recite let them recite from their Mushaf.

You have to recite from memory and it goes in a circle, so when it becomes your turn an you don’t know your verse you are skipped if it happens like 3 times the teacher kicks you out the circle and tells you to revise.

They first need to read alone and think critically. Critical thinking is why Allah wants us to read Quran. Read alone and discuss in group. Recitation without understanding doesn't make sense.

he means get a group of people to review the quran, example you are reviewing 30th Juz, then everyone should memorize that juzz then group and starting from one person to start reading then read one ayah and the person on your right should read the ayah after the one you read, until you finish the All juz. if some one is not prepared well and is making mistakes, he should sit down and leave the others do the review
