Julie is one of the nicest & most pleasant clients I have met at ARV. She stopped by for some touch-ups and adjustments a while back, and wrote a two-word review on the white board by my work bench: "You're Awesome!" where is Advanced RV located? I’m very confused: in the video the lady talks about vetting van builders in Oregon and Idaho before settling on Advanced RV because she wanted a company in the Pacific Northwest, but I can’t find any van conversion companies in the PNW named Advanced RV. When you Google “Advanced RV” a place in Ohio keeps coming up, but nothing in the PNW.
How nice. I am valuing kindness above everything now.
At 62 this is everything I would want as a female. Great van for a senior citizen that still is active and travels.

Wow! Just spectacular. My initial thought when she walked in was "oh, it's small - no shower/toilet..." Boy was I wrong! And the refrigerator! Thank you, Julie & Patrick!!
The vacuum is brilliant. I imagine van floors get dirty pretty fast with all the in and out. Also the self leveling mechanism is incredible!

Almost 27 minutes and I sat thru it bec robert is really a handsome van. I love that hes just the length of a car you can park anywhere and wont need a large vehicle license but has everything Julie needs.

I love how she thought about rounding the corners of the cabinets, and that shower/toilet combo! But, to also think about a place for her cPap. "nobody wants to hear me snore" HAHA, and the magnetic curtains are one of my favorites!... Great space. Love it.

This is my favorite van build that I have seen on your site, Patrick. I love the outside cabinet that goes through to the inside. The outside storage compartments are great. Love the curved cabinets. I like the running board. That bathroom is very innovative. I love how every bit of space is used. I am saving this video so I can remember the name of the company that built this. I would love to know the cost of this build. So many wonderful details.
ARV is going to be one of the most expensive true class Bs on the market. But there is a reason they can charge their prices. I bet that build is close to 300k

@@bindingcurve AVR Had me and wife travel 700 miles at a cost of $1600 . To find out that there minimum cost is $250K but told us prior to arrival we can build any van to our price point . Then stated they refuse To work with me if i would not agree to a $200,000 starting fee. Not including van. we left and Bought from there competition LA Mesa RV Az. with full interior for less then $125,000 .. true it was not the luxurious interior in van. But as we told advanced rv. We did not need it. zero points for deception and wasting our $1600
their minimum cost to handle a client is a quarter of a million to start / they should have told us this instead of : we build according to your price point. which was $150,000
@@puppyparty2327 Sounds like miscommunication and hopeful thinking on your part. Did you tell them WHAT your price point was? Next time talk to a local builder before you travel halfway across the country. That way you have a better idea of what to ask. FYI it took me 5 minutes searching the RV forums to get an idea of build costs.
Pricey or not, I bet there is always something folks will learn from seeing others’ set ups. Just lovely- I especially love that the dear owner knows enough, but not everything about her van. 💙

ARV is located in Solon Ohio, about 45 min from where I live. They are without a doubt the best custom van builder in the industry, but they are expensive. I'm guessing this van was about $275k because it doesn't have a ton of over the top features, but ARV vans can go up to $500k when fully loaded with every amazing feature they offer. If you can keep the options to a minimum they are not much more than Airstream vans, which are terrible quality. ARV is well worth the price, especially if you plan to keep it for the long term. Buy once cry once!

dont just say ....way outta my price range.....think positive and let the universe find a way for you to get the van of your dreams.. i am in my fourth now, each one way better than the last and the diffrences came about very unexpectedly. 10 yrs ago i couldnt imagine me having such a fantastic van but i kept looking and dreaming.

I love your RV. The bathroom build is so cleaver. Love the rounded edge cabinets and counters. The huge refrigerator. Everything you put in is all the things that I would consider in my van. I have to check out ARV! Thank you for your excellent tour.

When you have two alternators and lots of lithium battery power, you don't need solar.
The shower is clever. Though I’m moving away from a black waste tank. It greatly increased my camping flexibility.

I really like this layout. Love the van. She has everything on it and all thought out. She does a really good job of giving the tour and explaining everything without dragging on. Great job! But omg, how expensive this must have been? Would love to hear more about the mechanics of this particular model. Love her life, traveling and skiing. Lol good review. But would have love to see the awning working

I saw a van build with a very similar layout but the bathroom was enclosed. The owner wanted to be able to just walk in the bathroom and not have to set anything up. Also, the privacy factor was important with friends visiting her. I would want that, too. However, I like everything else about this van.

100% Best Lagoon table ever!!! Love the Shorty 144 wheel base w/duallys in back! The wide step-up w/grab bar...very safety friendly!!! Plus the Auto leveling, tank heater, macerater and on + on! C'mon man with that toilet/shower👏Well thought out storage, step up to bed-I want that exact setup. I didn't want to spend over $150k, guessing that is over budget! Bravo on your design girl!

I subscribe to Advanced RV. In this model I would like to see more rounded cabinet corners for those upper head banger cabinets. I also think van RV's could do with more narrow width countertop so as to have a slightly wider walkway, especially if two people live together. Love the pullout pantry and the pull out shelf fridge/freezer. They also have the best a/c unit.
