Interesting to know that playing online in Asia might be harder than elsewhere. I had never heard of this. I also noticed that a lot of players might be using real names online, maybe their own real names. Has anyone else noticed this?
It is. I also play on European lounges from time to time. So far they are much easier to beat. Beginner rank in those regions are legit newbies whereas in Asian servers like Yellow to Orange ranks know their combos. At Blue ranks, Asian players have much better adaptability compared to European players of same level I have tried. They are also better at hiding their strengths and weaknesses. Difficulty wise, I'd say Asia 2 would be closest in difficulty to European servers. Asia 1 and Middle East sometimes have cheaters, so their server is harder than others. Korea though is much stronger than Asia 2 players. Their ruler rank feels like High Blue ranks from Asia 2 server. Japan is about the same as other Asian servers.
