This Katana did not disappoint with its performance. Adding an earlier coverstock to give it a little more traction in the oil. It looks pretty good!
Got my hands on this and rolled in league for first time yesterday. Absolutely love it , cover is strong and I got several strikes just from that HK22 pin action. Rolled game 1 and 2, balled down into Katana Assault and it worked well as 1,2 punch so far. Drilled mine 45x4.5x30 . I’m a low/tweener rev bowler. Really really like this ball is. A stronger option over my Widow 2.0 Hybrid .
The Assault was my first ball with Radical. This will be my second 😊. Thanks for the great content!!

This rolls like the Radical Results Plus as they have similar cores. Bowled my best games with that ball and the Katana Strike can be that 1st ball I go to. Appreciate the Review!!!
Thank you for the information. I have the Results Plus and love it. The Katana Strike will eventually be the replacement for the Plus.
I just bought a Katana Assault (before you can't get them anymore) and I gotta say, it has become my #1 ball now. Oh man, oh man .. I absolutely LOVE this ball! .. holy cow! .. so good! .. I have a Radical Innovator that I have really liked for a while now too (a little weaker than Katana Assault). The Katana Assault has a very similar motion to the Innovator but just a little stronger ball, especially down lane. Man, the Katana Assault hits the pins so stinking hard .. it's awesome! .. so far I have been able to throw it in league from 2nd game to the end. Near the end of the series it does get to be a bit too strong for the front of the lanes, but, in that case I can move to my Innovator and it should take over exactly where the Assault becomes too much. So far for me, the Katana Assault has been the best ball I have thrown.
Been waiting on this review. I think my next few purchases gon be the katana assault and the storm pitch black

Even though the Katana Strike might have a slightly stronger core, I’d love to see its out of box 500-1K-3K grit vs the Outer Limits’ 500-1K-2K grit in their close to optimal oil setting. I loved your Outer Limits review. Also i feel like being a 14-lb thrower my balls tend to react later since I’m kinda speed dominant but want to work on my release more & practice getting left when i can.
My first & only Radical ball rn is the OG Inferno (i think it’s a pearl) which now has become my spare ball cuz it’s so old lol. But keep up the great content & once again much love from Chi-Town!! ✊🏾

I would go brutal collision/ katana assault / Radioactive vibe. Unless you put polish on the katana strike than I would carry the strike and the brutal collision in the same bag.
Looking for something to compliment my Black Widow Hybrid. Would the Assault or Strike be s good option or something else?
Definitely would be a stronger option to handle more oil.

How does the katana assault compare to the infinite physix?
Katana is going to be more dynamic downlane where the infinite will be smoother. With both balls being at the out of box finish.
What’s your thoughts on this compared to the black widow 2.0
This ball is definitely a step up from widow 2.0. Earlier and still has a lot of motion down lane.

How does this compare to the Summit?
Katana will let you get left easier because of its core numbers. I believe they will be similar overall hook. Just summit still a bit earlier.
