What I don't get about Keeble, is does she know that it was Phil's dad who killed her father, or if she thinks Phil did it? Does she just despise all the Mitchells and wants them all to suffer? Like I could see her wanting to punish Eric, but he's long dead. And it's not the entire Mitchell family's fault for what Eric did. I'm pretty sure there are all sorts of rules about police using the shield for personal vendettas. So she's definitely dirty, that she's crossing all sorts of lines and wasting the court's time and money to go after Billy, especially if she knows that Eric is the guilty one. Plus I wouldn't think she could arrest anyone for her father's death anyway because of a conflict of interest.

Police are meant to help, serve and protect people, it's this one that's not doing her job properly, I bet she enjoys doing what she's doing, she's like Janine, she deserves the worst, she deserves everything, she's going to get what's coming to/for her
Feel like this would have more impact if this storyline was centred around that other copper Phil has a rivalry with. This woman felt like she’s just fake outta nowhere, like she’s barley featured outside of the who killed Lucy story
