KOF 95 is very unbalanced.
@@ChongLi99 Not that unbalanced but the damage scale is ridiculous. Once you get used to the game it doesn't bother that much.
@@h.m.5724 Rugal damage is the most ridiculous. You see in KOF 94 is exactly the same? Doing a genocide cuttah causing like 75% damage.
Old snk games called them desperation moves, when a character has red hp his damage increases and also when the power bar also gets full the damage increases even more. This desperation moves are suposed to be used as desperation atacks to change the course of battle dealing insane damage

For me the kof95 was quite tough on the hardest level back then. It is when the "unlock secret of bosses" came out. I was like yes. Finally can use the badass rugal to defeat the CPU. But, when with rugal on hands. You must be careful in fighting with CPU saisyu and rugal. They are quite handful to defeat. Once you are not careful that it. Especially cpu rugal genocide cutter.
Oh it's awesome to see more Epic Game Battles! Thank god. And you tackled a tough one for sure. 95 is the utter bane of my existence, so to see you do this to Rugal just warms my heart... especially that killing move. EPIC.
Now if you do Goenitz, I'd be a truly happy camper.
Don't worry, that "Trash head" Goenitz will be here for sure!
KOF is my favorite fighting game series (if not my favorite gaming series at all) so I need to be extra careful on making justice for these amazing boss battles.

KOF is my favorite fighting game series and Rugal one of my favorite bosses ever, but you know...he is a hard bastard so recording a good footage is not an easy task.

I got this game on my Sega Saturn. Back then I thought this game is incredibly difficult but it is a very stylish looking game.

saisyu's weakness is from takuma.the big hooken slow.bigshot.
Only disappointing thing is that you cannot have a taste of that power while using him. Notice how cpu characters cause ridiculous amount of damage to him. His shield is absolute garbage; In 94 you can do ridiculous damage . Guess here they decided not to make him too strong while facing other players.

The Player version of Omega rugal inflicts dogshit damage compared to the CPU version which it will swoop away 75% of hp from single genocide cutter
this game has a mod you upload the level in very hard y nightmare level was imposib defeat saishu they maade kickbacks in full but you way of play is weak
What happened to Rugals body
Rugal used Orochi power but his body can't handle it.
