@@armannarsinh2979 I believe Windows is better than any other OS in the market keeping in mind that it is meant for normal customers.
If you keep your windows anti-virus (3rd party or Windows defender) firewall and OS updated and do not use any pirated products or browse any fishy websites then it is always secure, Linux on the other hand is not for normal customers and is more production oriented systems, everything is not so easy to handle. Moreover you must have proper understanding of Linux in order to handle application.
You can use Debian OS with XFCE if you have low hardware and you can have VLC and Firefox to browse and watch videos but again it's all at your comfort.
I will always suggest Windows, I'm a professional Linux Administrator and I know the difference and uses of Linux. So it's ul to you.
